
Pick any aspect of this business and it needs to be completely overhauled.
Compensation needs to be raised to be in line with other companies. All the money is staying at corporate.
Leadership needs to be proactive, not reactive, and needs to start following their own protocols. Managers need to start actually getting involved.
Streamline the interview process...and speed it up. It shouldn't take 6-7 interviews and two months to get hired for a middle management position.
Having 7 - 8 meetings a day is ridiculous. Pick a goal, make a plan, and follow through. Quit talking about it and do it.
