What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to be proactive, not reactive, and needs to start following their own protocols. Managers need to start actually getting involved.
Listening. And stop making promises you can't keep
Everything is lacking, no leadership, everyday is a new focus, bad leadership
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive pay with a flexible work schedule.
The vacation time is good. Flexibility in taking them aswell.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation needs to be raised to be in line with other companies. All the money is staying at corporate.
Underpaid under appreciated under the thumb of someone without a clue
Low pay across the board, only corporate is paid well
The team is toxic, negative, egotistical, self sabotaging and only about themselves, I would feel better if they paid us based on performance and not favoritism, nepotism, or personal bias.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Having 7 - 8 meetings a day is ridiculous. Pick a goal, make a plan, and follow through. Quit talking about it and do it.
Meetings after meetings after meetings. Just do it already and stop the meetings
Do your job and stop slacking
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is never a boring day. I feel my contributions are valued.

Breadth of questions and interviewers.
The breadth of questions about my experiences.

It was a share experience where we discussed the job, their needs and my experience.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Streamline the interview process...and speed it up. It shouldn't take 6-7 interviews and two months to get hired for a middle management position.
Had to interview with eight different people. Eight. SERIOUSLY. Ridiculous.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pick any aspect of this business and it needs to be completely overhauled.
Everything is going wrong all the time
Fire corporate and start from scratch
CEO decisions and allowing the bureaucracy and personal agendas to overtake the business. Retaliation and sabotage of good employees is disgusting and disturbing.
