What's the vibe like in the Marketing dept at Poll Everywhere? How many hours are you working?

The pace and scope of work can feel daunting sometimes. We're a very team-positive bunch, though. Not a lot of conflict or backbiting, although it's sometimes we have to pause and discuss if it's unclear who owns what deliverable or metric. As a company we value a healthy work/life balance, so it's rare that we spend late night hours on something. That said, we do sometimes pull out all the stops when there's just too much to get done in a 50-hour week.
