What are the biggest challenges that the company have? What goals are you trying to achieve? What are they doing currently to resolve the issues? What works and what doesn't work? What is the plan of action to solve the issues? When is the implementation of the plan? How do you solve issues that are not foreseen? Any emergency plan? What are the resources? Who are the key people needed to help solve the issues? How do you assess the effectivity of your solutions? Who holds the people dealing with the issues accountable? What is the timeframe to resolve the issues? How do you measure your progress? How do you know if you achieve your goal?
That depends entirely on the role, but you can expect some questions about your time at previous companies (expect to provide example stories about teamwork, etc.). You'll probably also spend some time working with the interviewers on a small project, call, or task, depending on what you're interviewing for. You might even end up having an unscripted lunch with the team.
