Mr. Manuel J. Perez de la Mesa has been the Chief Executive Officer at Pool Corp. since May 2001 and its President since February 1999. He served as a Principal Accounting Officer at Pool Corp. until May 6, 2008 and served as its Treasurer since May 2008. He joined POOL from Eastman Chemical Company, where he served as its Vice President of Corporate Development since December 2002. He served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Eastman from 1999 to 2002. Prior to joining Eastman, Mr. Joslin served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Eastman Resins, Inc. (formerly,, Lawter International Inc.). He served as an Officer of Eastman Resins, Inc. since 1996. He served as Corporate Controller of ANGUS Chemical Company, from 1991 to 1996. His experience also includes previous positions at ANGUS Chemical Company, Baxter International and Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Joslin, a CPA, received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and a Master's Degree in Management from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Kenneth G. St. Romain has been a Group Vice President of Pool Corp. since July 1, 2007. Mr. St. Romain served as General Manager of SCP Distributors, LLC from 2001 to 2007 and Regional Manager from 1987 to 2001. He served as Vice President of SCP Distributors, LLC since 2004. Prior to that, Mr. St. Romain held several positions in management and has been employed with Pool Corp. since 1993.

Mr. A. David Cook has been a Group Vice President of Pool Corp. since January 2007. Mr. Cook's responsibilities include management of field operations, staff management of sales and marketing and acquisition initiatives of SCP Pool. He served as Vice President of Pool Corp. from February 1997 to 2007. From 1997 to 2002, he was a Vice President with general manager duties of Pool's largest operating division, as well as directing Pool's entire sales and marketing efforts. Between 1988 and 1997, Mr. Cook developed new locations and directed the sales efforts for SCP Pool. From December 1993 to February 1997, he served as a Director of National Sales Development for SCP Pool Corp's Principal operating subsidiary. He has been Independent Director of Abatix Corp. since 2004.

Ms. Donna K. Williams has been the Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager of Sales, Marketing & Product Management at Pool Corp. since May 06, 2015. Ms. Williams has served as General Manager, Sales, Marketing and Production Management since joining the Company in 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Williams served as Director, Product Line Management with American Power Conversion (APC) Corporation from June 2006 until August 2007; and as Vice President, Global Product Development at Fedders Air Conditioning from May 2001 until May 2006. From 1988 until April 2001, Ms. Williams held positions at both John Deere, 1998 to 2001; and Poulan brand trimmers (Husqvarna AB), 1988 to 1997.

Mr. Peter D. Arvan, also known as Pete, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Pool Corporation since July 28, 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President since January 3, 2017 until August 3, 2017. Mr. Arvan served as the Chief Executive Officer of Roofing Supply Group, LLC since December 02, 2013. He served as President and General Manager of SABIC Polymershapes LLC. He joined RSG from SABIC Polymershapes (formerly GE Plastics) where he has served as President since 2004. Under Pete's leadership, SABIC Polymershapes significantly grew organic revenues and dramatically expanded margins and cash flow during his tenure. He began his career in GE's Distribution Management Program, beginning with customer service and branch management roles and over the past 25 years he has held positions of increasing responsibility. He has spent his entire career in world class distribution businesses with GE and SABIC (SABIC acquired GE plastics in 2007). More recently Pete was the Six Sigma Quality Leader and the Global Supply Chain Leader for GE Supply. Mr. Arvan received his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York Institute of Technology. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a graduate of GE management programs.

Mr. Timothy M. Babco has been the Chief Information Officer and General Manager of Operations of Pool Corp. since May 6, 2015. Mr. Babco has served as Senior Director of Information Technology (IT) since 2004 and Director of IT since joining it in 1999. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Babco served as Regional Manager of IT Field Services for Entergy Corporation from 1997 until 1998; and Director of IT, as well as other IT management roles, at Consolidated Natural Gas from 1987 until 1996.
