Mr. John T. Taylor has been the President of Porter Bancorp, Inc. since July 19, 2012 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since July 31, 2013. Mr. Taylor has been the Chairman of the Board of PBI Bank, Inc. since November 2013 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since July 19, 2012. He has over 28 years of banking experience in Kentucky and Ohio. Mr. Taylor has a solid history in leading organizations with a clear vision and strategy to build long-term enterprise value. He also has strong roots in Kentucky with significant experience in key banking markets. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of American Founders Bank, Inc., and American Founders Bancorp, Inc. since 2007. Prior to joining American Founders in 2007, he served in senior management positions with increasing responsibility for PNC Bank, N.A., including as President of its Ohio/Northern Kentucky region for six years. He has been a Director of Porter Bancorp, Inc., and PBI Bank, Inc. since July 19, 2012. In September 2015, Mr. Taylor became a member of the Kentucky Bankers Association board of directors. Mr. Taylor is actively involved in a number of civic and professional organizations and serves on the Advisory Council of the Lexington Federal Reserve. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Kentucky.

Mr. Phillip W. Barnhouse, Jr., also known as Phil, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Porter Bancorp, Inc. since March 19, 2012. Mr. Barnhouse has been Chief Financial Officer of PBI Bank, Inc. since 2006 and has been its Chief Operating Officer since 2013. He joined PBI Bank in 1998. He has a wide range of experience in corporate finance, including equity and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions and general advisory services. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ascencia Bank from 1998 to 2005. From 1992 to 1998, he worked with Arthur Andersen LLP as Audit Manager, where he managed the audits of public and private companies. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of CPAs. Mr. Barnhouse earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University and a Diploma from The Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.

Mr. John Redmon Davis has been Chief Credit Officer of PBI Bank, Inc. a subsidiary of Porter Bancorp, Inc. since September 2012 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Davis is responsible for establishing and executing PBI Bank's credit quality policies and overseeing credit administration. Mr. Davis served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of American Founders Bank, Inc. and American Founders Bancorp, Inc. of Lexington, Kentucky. He served as Chief Risk Officer of American Founders Bank, Inc. Before joining American Founders in 2005, Mr. Davis served for 17 years in various commercial lending and credit administration positions of increasing authority with National City Bank. Mr. Davis earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Louisville. Mr. Davis has an MBA degree from Bellarmine University and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Mr. Joseph C. Seiler, also known as Joe, has been Head of Commercial Banking and Executive Vice President of PBI Bank, Inc., a subsidiary of Porter Bancorp, Inc. since August 2013 and also served as its Senior Lending Officer. Mr. Seiler served as Executive Vice President of Asset Resolution Team at PNC Bank, Inc. in Louisville, Kentucky. Prior to joining PNC Bank in 2009, he served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Investment Real Estate Group for National City Bank of Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Seiler is also actively involved in professional and civic organizations in Louisville, Ky., and serves as treasurer for the Jefferson County Public Education Foundation. Mr. Seiler earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky and an MBA from the University of Louisville.
