Mr. Brent Kristof has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Premier Gold Mines Limited since March 23, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Operations from December 06, 2016 to March 23, 2017. Mr. Kristof's primary responsibility include oversees the Premier Gold's Mercedes and South Arturo mines as well as participating in the development plans for Premier's advanced projects including McCoy-Cove and Hardrock. Mr. Kristof is a Professional Engineer and has successful track record of mine development and operations. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Klondex Mines Ltd. from April 15, 2014 to March 7, 2016. He has to thirty-five years of progressive leadership and management of underground and surface mining operations that include an accomplished record in engineering, maintenance, geology, processing, projects and business improvement. Prior to Klondex, his broad Nevada operational experience included eight years as General Manager at several Barrick mines (including the Turquoise Ridge Mine) and seven years leading operations teams at Newmont's Midas and Deep Post mines in Carlin, Nevada. He served as Mine Manager and General Manager at Newmont Mining Corporation of Canada Limited. Mr. Kristof served as General Manager at the Porgera Gold Mine in Papua New Guinea. He serves as Chairman of the Minister's National Advisory to CANMET, the Canada Centre for Mineral and Energy Technology (Mining Section). He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario. He has a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Manitoba and a Business Diploma from the University of Toronto.

Mr. Steven John Filipovic, also known as Steve, B.Comm. (Hons.), CA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Premier Gold Mines Limited since June 28, 2012. Mr. Filipovic served as the Chief Financial Officer of Source Exploration Corp. from June 16, 2010 to July 2012. He has fourteen years of finance experience, the last eleven with publicly traded resource companies. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at T.B. Mining Ventures Inc. from April 7, 2010 to December 24, 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of MMG Resources Inc. (Formerly known as Zinifex Canada Inc. and Wolfden Resources Inc.) since May 11, 2007 and its Controller. He served as Vice President of Finance at MMG Resources Inc. since June 2007 and also from October 2004 to May 2007. Prior to joining Wolfden in 2004 Mr. Filipovic practiced as an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young LLP in their Oil & Gas group in Alberta and Mining & Metals group in Ontario until October 2004. He held positions with Noranda Minerals and CIL Explosives prior to entering the finance profession. He served as a Vice President of Finance at Premier Gold Mines Limited since April 25, 2008. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Mega Precious Metals Inc. (formerly, Mega Silver Inc.) since May 2009 until June 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Zinifex Canada Inc. until 2008. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Marksmen Capital Inc. since March 11, 2008. He served as Vice President of Finance at Skybridge Development Corp. since July 2008. Mr. Filipovic served as a Director of Premier Royalty, Inc. Mr. Filipovic holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario, in 1998.

Mr. John A. Begeman, P.Eng, MBA, has been an Executive Director of Premier Gold Mines Limited since May 29, 2006. Mr. Begeman served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Avion Gold Corporation since September 15, 2008. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Valencia Ventures Inc. from June 10, 2008 to May 1, 2010. From January 2006 to May 2008, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of MMG Resources Inc. From May 2000 to January 2006, he served as Vice President of Western Operations at Goldcorp Inc. and was also responsible for its industrial minerals division, Saskatchewan Minerals, a large natural sodium sulphate producer, located in Southwestern Saskatchewan. He held various engineering and management positions at Morrison Knudson Company in the contract mining operations group throughout the Western United States. He was with Goldcorp Inc. since 1987. He has strong leadership, project analyses and mines operation skills. He is a Professional Mining Engineer with over 35 years of mining experience. He served positions since 1987, as Mine Superintendent, Mine Manager and General Manager of the Wharf Resources (USA), Inc. and Golden Reward Mines in the environmentally sensitive Black Hills area of South Dakota. He served as a Corporate Officer of Goldcorp Inc. He has been Executive Chairman of Premier Gold Mines Limited since June 25, 2015. He has been an Independent Director of African Gold Group, Inc. since April 25, 2017. He has been a Director of Avion Gold Corporation since May 12, 2008 and Independent Director of Yamana Gold Inc. (formerly, Yamana Resources Inc.) since May 2, 2007. He served as an Independent Director of Aberdeen International Inc. since January 1, 2015 until March 27, 2017. He served as a Non Executive Director of Endeavour Mining Corporation from October 18, 2012 to December 17, 2012. He serves as the President of the South Dakota Mining Association and Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. He served as a Director of Valencia Ventures Inc. since June 10, 2008 until June 11, 2012. Mr. Begeman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering in 1976 and a MS Degree in Engineering Management from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1991. He received a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota in 1993.

Mr. Charles J. Ronkos, also known as Charlie, has been Executive Vice President of Project Development for Americas at Premier Gold Mines Limited since August 8, 2016. Mr. Ronkos served as Senior Vice President of Exploration at GoldCorp Inc. since July 8, 2010 until March 9, 2016. He served as Vice President of Exploration at Goldcorp from January 1, 2007 to July 8, 2010. He served as Vice President of Exploration at Glamis Gold Ltd. since July 2005. Mr. Ronkos has involved with Glamis exploration projects throughout Nevada and Latin America since 1999. From 1992 to 1997, he served at Rayrock Resources Inc. His 33 year career includes assignments with Rio Algom, Battle Mountain Gold, Pegasus, Hecla and Cordex Exploration Co. Mr. Ronkos has 38 years of exploration-oriented experience in the mining industry, primarily in gold deposits in the United States, Canada and Latin America through all stages of exploration and development. He has been a Director of Blue Gold Mining Inc., since October 19, 2011. He serves as a Director of Goldcorp USA Inc. He is a well-respected and successful Exploration Executive. Mr. Ronkos has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Wittenberg University and graduated from the University of Nevada with a Master of Science degree in 1981.
