Ms. Christine Sacco, also known as Chris, has been Chief Financial Officer of Prestige Brands, Inc. since September 12, 2016. Ms. Sacco has been the Chief Financial Officer of Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. since September 12, 2016. Ms. Sacco has more than 19 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, strategic planning, operations and mergers and acquisitions focused on consumer products and specialty pharma companies. Ms. Sacco served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Boulder Brands, Inc. (alternate name: Smart Balance Inc.) from January 6, 2012 to January 15, 2015, Interim Principal Accounting Officer until March 30, 2012 and served as its Executive Vice President. Ms. Sacco served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Smart Balance Inc. since January 1, 2011. She served as Vice President and Controller of Smart Balance Inc. from January 2008 to January 6, 2012. She was employed at Alpharma Inc., where she served for 5 years and held a variety of roles including Director of Financial Reporting, Vice President and Treasurer. Ms. Sacco began her career with Ernst & Young and worked for five years in the Audit and Assurance group. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Sacco graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas College with a BS in Accounting.

Mr. Timothy J. Connors, also known as Tim, has been an Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Prestige Brands Holdings Inc. since January 2011. Mr. Connors serves as an Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Prestige Brands Inc. and served as its Chief Marketing Officer since April 2010. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Prestige Brands Holdings Inc. from April 2010 to January 2011. He was a Partner at the Emerson Group from August 1998 to June 2005. He served as Vice President of Marketing at Matrixx Initiatives Inc., from June 11, 2007 to April 16, 2010 and prior to that, as Director of Sales and Marketing from July 2005 to June 2007. He was responsible for leading Matrixx's overall marketing strategy and focus his efforts on increasing Zicam's market share and introducing Matrixx's new product lines. He joined Matrixx in July 2005 as Director of National Sales. He was Partner for a consulting firm helping numerous consumer products and healthcare organizations, foreign and domestic, to successfully introduce new companies and brands into the marketplace. He started his career working for Nestle Foods, Benckiser, The Emerson Group and The Clorox Company in a variety of sales and marketing assignments. Mr. Connors holds a B.S. in marketing from Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. John F. Parkinson has been Senior Vice President of International of Prestige Brands, Inc. and Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc., since joining in May 2005. Mr. Parkinson is responsible for the development of Prestige Brands International's business outside the USA and Canada. He has extensive International experience including over 20 years in various overseas postings for fmcg companies primarily involved in new Business Development. From September 1999 to February 2005, he was employed by Conagra Foods Inc., Retail Division, where he served as the Business Director of Asia Pacific at Retail Division from February 2002 to February 2005 and Business Director of Asia Pacific at Grocery Division from September 1999 to February 2002. From January 1998 to September 1999, he served as a Consultant to Tait Group, where he assisted senior management with new business development projects. From November 1984 to January 1998, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Tait Group, where he served as a Managing Director for Tait Asia Ltd., from January 1993 to January 1998 and a General Manager for Tait Taiwan from November 1984 to January 1993. He employed by Harrisons + Smurthwaite Ltd., Boyd Briggs + Co. Ltd. and Monsanto Ltd. Mr. Parkinson received a BA in Economics from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.
