Mr. Sammie D. Dixon, Jr., serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Prime Meridian Bank and Prime Meridian Holding Company. From June 2005 to December 2006, Mr. Dixon served as the Senior Vice President and Commercial Sales Manager for Regions Bank in Tallahassee, Florida. From August 2003 to June 2005, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President for Bank of Thomas County, Georgia. From April 1999 to 2003, he held various positions with Bank of Florida ' Southwest in Naples, Florida. He began his banking career with NationsBank in 1997. He has been a Director of Prime Meridian Holding Company since 2010. He is active in the community as a Member of the Rotary Club of Tallahassee, a Board Member of Big Bend Hospice Foundation, a Member of the Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees, a Board Member of the Economic Development Council of Tallahassee/Leon County and attends Saint Peter's Anglican Church.

Mr. Chris L. Jensen, Jr. serves as Executive Vice President of Prime Meridian Holding Company. Mr. Jensen serves as Senior Lender Officer and Executive Vice President of Prime Meridian Bank. Prior to joining Prime Meridian Bank, from February 2005 to 2007, he served as Tallahassee Market President for Regions Bank. Mr. Jensen served various management positions with SouthTrust Bank from 1997 to 2005, culminating with the position of Tallahassee's Market President. He also served as Senior Lender for First Bank of Tallahassee in its de novo stage in 1990. Mr. Jensen has over 30 years of lending experience in Tallahassee and the surrounding markets. He is active in the community and serves on the Boards of several local groups including the Young Actors Theatre, the Suwannee River Area Council for the Boy Scouts of America and the Rotary Club of Tallahassee. Mr. Jensen's banking experience and intimate knowledge of the Prime Meridian Bank's lending activities. He has been Director of Prime Meridian Holding Company since 2010. He serves as a Director of Prime Meridian Bank.

Mr. R. Randy Guemple has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Prime Meridian Holding Company and its subsidiary Prime Meridian Bank since January 1, 2016. Mr. Guemple served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of First Palm Beach Bancorp Inc., since July 1996. Mr. Guemple also served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of First Bank of Florida (Bank), a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Palm Beach Bancorp Inc., since July 1996, Treasurer since 1993 and interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from October 1997 to November 1997. He served as Senior Vice President of Bank and its parent company First Palm Beach Bancorp. from 1992 to July 1996. Mr. Guemple serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Foundation, Inc. and Emeritus Director of Elder Care Services, Inc. He serves as a Director of Prime Meridian Bank. He has been a Director of Prime Meridian Holding Company since 2010. He served as a Director of Republic Security Bank, a subsidiary of Republic Security Financial Corp. He also served as a Director of Republic Security Financial Corp., since 1998. Mr. Guemple served as a Director of First Palm Beach Bancorp Inc., from November 18, 1997 to 1998, when it merged into Republic Security Financial Corp. He serves as Executive Director of the Leon County Educational Facilities Authority and an active member of the Tallahassee Kiwanis Club. He was Baseball Player at Florida State University.

Ms. Susan Payne Turner is an Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Prime Meridian Bank. She was formerly a Regional Retail Leader for Centennial Bank. Prior to this position, Mrs. Turner was Chief Financial Officer for a local community bank. Ms. Turner began her banking career while working part-time in high school and has worked in many areas of banking including operations, marketing, compliance, financials and human resources. She is a graduate of Florida State University and received a Master's in Business Administration from Troy University in 2005. Mrs. Turner is also a graduate from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. She is a Past Chair for the Tallahassee Community College Foundation and currently serves on the Foundation's Board. She is a Past Chair for the Tallahassee Community College Alumni and Friends Association, a director on the board for the Wakulla County Senior Center and Director Emeritus on the board for the Wakulla County Chamber of Commerce. She has joined the Board of the Community Foundation of North Florida and is a member of the Coastal Optimist Club.

Ms. Nancy Hillis, also known as Nan, has been Prime Meridian Bank since July 15, 2014. Ms. Hillis has been Strategic Planning Consultant of Prime Meridian Bank since January 7, 2016. Ms. Hillis served as Chief Strategy Officer of Prime Meridian Bank and Executive Vice President of Prime Meridian Bank at Prime Meridian Holding Company. Ms. Hillis served as the President of East Florida Region at BB&T Corp., since July 1, 2006 and served as its Senior Vice President until July 1, 2006. Mrs. Hillis was a former BB&T Region President. She previously oversaw bank operations for BB&T's Central Florida Region, including 57 branches in Polk, Osceola, Orange, Seminole and Brevard counties, with deposits exceeding $2.7 billion. She served BB&T in the central Florida area from July, 2006 to June, 2012. She joined BB&T in 2002 serving mostly as a corporate and community lender. As their city executive in Tallahassee, she later earned the bank's highest internal recognition as a leader and revenue producer. Ms. Hillis has nearly 30 years of financial services experience, primarily as a corporate and commercial lender and has earned BB&T's highest internal recognition as a leader and revenue producer in her city executive role. She is a national board member of the Girl Scouts of the United States. She serves as a Member of Government Relations Council, Florida Bankers Association and serves as a board member, Board of Governors, College of Business, Florida State University. She is also a past co-chairman of the FSU Connect Capital Campaign and a past board member of the FSU Alumni Association. She served as Chairman and board member, board of directors, Girl Scouts of NorthWest Georgia; co-chair, Florida State University Capital Campaign; member, FSU Foundation Development Committee; board member, FSU National Alumni Association; member, board of directors and advisory board of directors, The Bridge (Atlanta, Ga.); chair of task force on Concurrency, Economic Development Council of Tallahassee, Fla.; member, Finance and Stewardship Committee, Trinity United Methodist Church; graduate, Leadership Atlanta; graduate, Leadership Georgia and served as vice chair, Annual Membership Drive, Metropolitan Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. She is immediate past chair of the FSU College of Business Board of Governors. She earned Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Marketing from Florida State University.
