Ms. Star Jones has been the President of Professional Diversity Network, Inc. since September 2014 and has been its Chief Development Officer since May 2013. Ms. Jones served as the President of Napw, Inc. since June 2014. Ms. Jones was responsible for the overall expansion, integration and implementation of NAPW's development and programming strategy. She has served as Chief Development Officer and National Spokesperson for NAPW representing over 600,000 memberships. She has been a Director of Professional Diversity Network, Inc since September 2014. She also boosted Local Chapter involvement while touring Local Chapters around the country and advocating for professional networking and supporting women's success in business, career and life. Additionally, Ms. Jones hosted the 2014 NAPW National Networking Conference and created the NAPW Foundation -- a 501c3 federally recognized philanthropic initiative that benefits several nonprofit organizations, including Dress For Success, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Girls Inc. and the American Heart Association, for which she serves as their nonprofit National Volunteer. Ms. Jones is best known as an Emmy Award-nominated TV host, attorney, best-selling author and former New York City homicide prosecutor.

Mr. Jingbo Song, also known as James, is a Co-Owner of Cosmic Forward Ltd. Mr. Song has been Executive Co-Chairman and Director of Professional Diversity Network, Inc. since November 7, 2016. Mr. Song has served as Chairman of GNet Group Plc since March 2016.

Mr. James Kirsch, also known as Jim, has been Executive Co-Chairman of Professional Diversity Network, Inc. since November 8, 2016 and served as its Member of Management Board since 2008. Mr. Kirsch served as the Chief Executive Officer of Professional Diversity Network, Inc. from 2008 to March 30, 2016. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Member of Management Board at Professional Diversity Network LLC since 2008. He served as the Chief Strategic Officer at AMightyRiver.com, a division of PDN from 2004 to 2008 and Chief Executive Officer of eSpecialty Brands, LLC from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Kirsch served as Chief Executive Officer at iMaternity.com, Inc., from 1983 to 1996 and Manager, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Dan Howard Industries. Mr. Kirsch served as Executive Chairman of Professional Diversity Network, Inc. since March 2013 until November 8, 2016. He served as a Director of Morgan Equities Group Inc (formerly PediaNet.com Inc) from February 28, 2001 to August 27, 2005. Mr. Kirsch holds a B.S. in Economics and Political Science from University of Arizona.

Mr. Jiangping Xiao, also known as Gary, has been Chief Financial Officer of Professional Diversity Network, Inc. since March 7, 2017. Mr. Xiao served as Controller of Operations Management Group at The Jordan Company, L.P. Mr. Xiao is an experienced financial leader and business partner. He began his career as a senior auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Beijing and progressed through senior roles at Lenovo Group and United Airlines. From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Xiao served as Controller of Jordan Company, a leading mid-market private equity firm. From 2013 to 2016, he served as Controller at Petstages, a private equity portfolio company and served as Corporate Controller at United Tactical Systems. He holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Strategy from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He holds BS in Accounting at Tsinghua University.

Mr. Michael John Hall, also known as Mike, has been an Executive Vice President at Professional Diversity Network LLC since September 30, 2013. Mr. Hall served as Head of Events Division at Professional Diversity Network LLC since September 30, 2013. He graduated from Minnesota State University with a B.S. in Journalism in 1973. He served as the President and owner of Personnel Strategies Inc. ('PSI'), a company he founded and led until its acquisition by PDN in 2013. His experience as a diversity practitioner led to his forming a unique Community Partner Network that included the NAACP, National Urban League, Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, National Council of La Raza, The Historically Black Fraternities and Sororities, Black Data Processing Association, Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute and Women in Technology.

Mr. Christopher Wesser serves as an Executive Vice President and Secretary at Professional Diversity Network LLC since September 2014 and serves as its General Counsel. Mr. Wesser joined NAPW in September 2009 and served as its General Counsel and Secretary, managing all legal, insurance, logistical and business risk matters for NAPW until the Closing Date. Prior to joining NAPW and for more than the past five years, Mr. Wesser was with a private boutique litigation firm spun off from one of the largest law firms in the United States, where he ultimately became a partner before he left private pratice. In private practice, he served as counsel to large corporations in numerous complex business litigations in state and federal courts and governmental agencies throughout the country. Mr. Wesser received a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from LeMoyne College and J.D. degree from the College of William & Mary School of Law.

Mr. Joseph Bzdyl has been Senior Vice President of Professional Diversity Network, Inc. since January 2017. Mr. Bzdyl has been with Professional Diversity Network since 2014. From December 2015 to January 2017, he was Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Business Intelligence for Professional Diversity and prior that, was Director of Business Intelligence from October 2014 until November 2015. He was originally hired by Noble Voice as a business analyst. Mr. Bzdyl's professional career began in sales, moved into post-secondary admissions management, transitioned to business analysis and is centered in operations, finance planning and analysis and project management. Mr. Bzdyl holds a bachelor's degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and an MBA.
