Mr. David Zalman has been the Chairman of Prosperity Bancshares Inc. since April 2006 and also its Chief Executive Officer since February 2001. Mr. Michael F. Epps, also known as Mike, has been an Executive Vice President at Prosperity Bancshares Inc since January 2014. Mr. Epps serves as the President at ASB. Safady, also known as Eddie, has been Area Chairman of Central Texas at Prosperity Bank since August 24, 2015 and also its Interim Area Chairman - Turtle Creek Lending Group since December 28, 2015. Mr. Safady has been the President of Prosperity Bancshares Inc. and Vice Chairman of Prosperity Bank since May 2015. Mr. Safady served as Chairman of Austin Area, Central Texas at Prosperity Bank, a subsidiary of Prosperity Bancshares Inc. since August June 2004. Mr. Safady served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Liberty Bank, SSB (also known as Liberty National Bank) from March 1988 to October 1995. Mr. Safady joined Smith Management LLC as Vice President, where he served until the acquisition by Smith Management of Life Savings Bank (now known as Liberty Bank, SSB) in Austin, Texas in May 1997. He serves as Chairman of Liberty Bank SSB. Mr. Safady served as a Director of Hawaiian Holdings Inc. (formerly, Hawaiian Airlines Inc.) since 1996.

Mr. H. E. Timanus, Jr., also known as Tim, serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Prosperity Holdings, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Timanus has been the Chief Operating Officer of Prosperity Bank since February 23, 2001 and its Chairman since 2005. He served as an Executive Vice President of Prosperity Bancshares Inc., from February 2001 to April 20, 2006. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Prosperity Bancshares Inc., from February 2001 to April 20, 2006. He served as President of Prosperity Bank from February 23, 2001 to 2005. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Bank, Houston, Texas, which merged into Prosperity Bank from 1998 to 2001; President and Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Bancshares, Inc., Houston, Texas, from 1986 to 2001, which merged into Prosperity Bancshares, Inc.; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Bancshares, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, which merged into Prosperity Holdings, Inc. Mr. Timanus began his career with Commercial Bancshares, Inc. in 1982. He served as the Chairman of Prosperity Bank since 2005 and Vice Chairman of Prosperity Bancshares Inc. since April 20, 2006. He has been a Director of Prosperity Bancshares Inc. and Prosperity Bank since February 23, 2001. He served as a Director of Financial Federal Corp. since 1999. Mr. Timanus holds Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston.

Mr. Michael John Meyer, also known as Mike, has been an Executive Vice President of BancorpSouth Bank since November 2014. Mr. Meyer serves as Acting Regional President for BancorpSouth's Central Texas Region, overseeing the Austin, Houston and Sugar Land banking offices. He has been President of Lakeway Banking Center of Prosperity Bank, a subsidiary of Prosperity Bancshares Inc. since June 2004. He has 26 years of commercial banking experience, 14 of which have been loan production and management positions in the Austin market area, including Chief Executive Officer and president of a local independent bank. Prior to joining BancorpSouth, he served with a publicly traded regional bank for 10 years and served as president of the central Texas area for the last eight years. He has also been involved in the private sector, as President and Owner of a Dallas medical equipment and respiratory services business for nine years. He served as the President of Central Texas for Prosperity Bank since August 2004. He served as the President of Village Bank & Trust, S.S.B. Mr. Meyer is a Graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and Southwestern School of Banking at SMU.
