Well it has been a while, but I think I was made to feel somewhat comfortable without being totally intimidated.

Open door policy. I do think that they listen and make changes if applicable. They try to be positive and keep things in perspective.

Respect for one another. Work Ethics. The ability to bounce situations off of another that has experience in that area to make it better for the client.

I enjoy what I do and the staff that I work with. Being able to do my job to the best of my ability and know it is done correctly.

There are extra coverages that that are paid for by the company that are a little out of the normal employer, Life Ins, Short-term disability, etc. The addition of Spark Days and Remote work days has been well received.
