They don't expect anything out of you that they don't expect out of themselves. They will learn with along with you so the subject you are learning makes sense to everyone.

We have a fantastic benefit package that is comprehensive in terms of insurance, flexible work days, paid leave, 401(k), profit sharing and more! It would be hard to beat all the benefits we have.
