Mr. Dennis Pollack has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Prudential Savings Bank and Prudential Bancorp, Inc. since May 1, 2016. Mr. Pollack serves as a Director of Third Federal Savings Bank, a subsidiary of TF Financial Corporation. He served as a Director of Wayne Bancorp, Inc./DE/ and Wayne Savings Bank F.S.B. He served a Director of CBC Bancorp Inc., and Connecticut Bank of Commerce since February 1996. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of several profit and not-for-profit companies, including: Salvation Army-Rockland County, PPM Technologies, Inc., 3rdFed Bank, United Way-Rockland Country and Viansa Winery. Mr. Pollack has authored numerous articles on the state of banking which appeared in Bottomline Magazine and The Bankers Magazine. He holds an MBA Degree from Columbia University, a post-MBA Diploma in from New York University and a BS Degree in Economics from Seton Hall University.

Mr, Anthony V. Migliorino is an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Prudential Bancorp Inc. and Prudential Bank since September 2015. From July 2015 until September 2015 Mr. Migliorino served as Senior Vice President-Retail Business Development Officer. From September 2000 to September 2014, Mr. Migliorino served in various positions at Sterling National Bank, New York, New York, including Senior Vice President of Branch Banking. Prior to 2000, Mr. Migliorino served as a senior officer at several financial institutions including Stissing National Bank, Pine Plains, New York and Savings Bank of Rockland County, Spring Valley, New York. Mr. Migliorino joined Prudential Bank inc in June 2015.

Mr. Rothkopf served as Controller of Prudential Savings Bank, a subsidiary of Prudential BanCorp. Inc. Of Pennsylvania from January 2006 to April 2013. Prior thereto, Mr. Rothkopf served as Assistant Vice President of Popular Financial Holdings, Marlton, New Jersey from October 2000 to January 2006.

Ms. Sharon M. Slater, CRCM has been Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President of Prudential Savings Bank at Prudential Bancorp, Inc. since September 16, 2015 and has been its Corporate Secretary of Prudential Savings Bank since July 28, 2016. Ms. Slater served as an Assistant Director at Integrated Compliance Solutions, LLC. Ms. Slater served as Chief Compliance Officer of Prudential Bancorp, Inc. and Prudential Savings Bank until September 2015. Ms. Slater served as Vice President and Compliance/BSA Officer at Prudential Savings Bank until September 16, 2015. Ms. Slater is Certified as Regulatory Compliance Manager. She has more than 16 years of mortgage and consumer lending experience along with a background of more than 10 years as a consultant in the financial services industry. Her specific experience includes providing a full range of compliance services to client banks including compliance monitoring, training on all compliance related topics, committee and board presentations, technical and operational assistance and developing and implementing compliance programs for De Novo banks. She holds a BS in Marketing from St. Joseph's University.
