poor pay, lack of benifits and lack of faith in the top management increase pay, better benifits, management that listens, encourages and engages with its workforce better
start treating their workforce better, years of below inflation pay rises and lower than average wages dont attact the best people to the workforce. look after your workforce well and they'll look after the business better
