start treating their workforce better, years of below inflation pay rises and lower than average wages dont attact the best people to the workforce. look after your workforce well and they'll look after the business better

Fair and affordable and I understand
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
poor pay, lack of benifits and lack of faith in the top management increase pay, better benifits, management that listens, encourages and engages with its workforce better
everyone is overworked and underpaid

we all work together well

No hard feeling for straightforward leadership and pretty objective with the reached goals

we are supporting Austrailains with local jobs and product

lower-mid management.. the companys P3 scheme dosnt work and is flawed
