I'm really new to the company but I'm pretty intelligent and little older so I've worked a few places,when u start its with a training manager but the company's idea of training is a joke people who are still on 90 probationary period are training people so we aren't getting trained well at all!

Poor management, low pay. The only upside is the exposure to a lot of challenging problems.
