Mr. John H. Anderson has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Quad City Bank and Trust Company of QCR Holdings Inc. since May 29, 2007. Mr. Anderson served as Executive Vice President of Quad City Bank and Trust Company until May 29, 2007. He joined Quad City Bank & Trust in 1998 after a 15-year career in banking in the Quad Cities. Since joining Quad City Bank & Trust, he has directed its successful Private Banking division. He served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Promistar Financial Corp. from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Anderson served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Promistar Financial Corporation from 1992 to 1993. He also served as the President of Bank and Trust from 1990 to 1991. He served as an Executive Vice President of Promistar Financial Corporation until 1989. From 1986 to 1989, he served as an Executive Vice President of Bank and Trust. He initially worked at Davenport Bank and Trust Company. He then joined the Brenton Bank organization where he eventually served as President & Chief Executive Officer in Davenport. He served as Vice Chairman of Promistar Financial Corporation from 1991 to 1992. He serves as a Director of Quad City Bank & Trust. Mr. Anderson served as a Director of Promistar Financial Corp. Mr. Anderson's served as chairman of the boards of the Ridgecrest Foundation, Exchange City/Junior Achievement and the Vera French Foundation. He serves as Member of the boards of the Quad City Symphony, St. Ambrose University, Genesis Health System Foundation, the American Heart Association and the Humane Society of Scott County. Mr. Anderson served as a Member of boards of St. Katherine's/St. Mark's, WVIK, St. Anthony's Parish Council and the Friends of Davenport Public Library. He is a Graduate of St. Ambrose University.

Mr. Larry J. Helling has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust, a subsidiary of QCR Holdings Inc. since 2001. Mr. Helling served as the Chief Lending Officer of QCR Holdings since May 2007 and served as its Executive Vice President. He served as Executive Vice President and a Regional Commercial Banking Manager of Firstar Bank in Cedar Rapids with a focus on the Cedar Rapids metropolitan area and the Eastern Iowa region. Prior to his seven years with Firstar Bank, he spent 12 years with Omaha National Bank. He has more than 25 years of commercial banking experience. He has been a Director of QCR Holdings Inc. since 2001. He serves as Chair of Community State Bank and Director of Community State Bank. He serves as a Director of Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust, United Way, Downtown Rotary, the Entrepreneurial Development Center, m2 Lease Funds, LLC, Quad City Bank & Trust and Cedar Rapids Symphony. He serves as a Member of the board of trustees of Big Brothers and Big Sisters and Junior Achievement. He is a Member of the Cedar Rapids Country Club and is actively involved in numerous school and church related activities and committees. Mr. Helling is a graduate of Cedar Rapids' Leadership for Five Seasons program of Iowa State University.

Mr. Todd A. Gipple has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of QCR Holdings Inc. since 2000 and its Chief Operating Officer since 2008. Mr. Gipple served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Quad City Bancard, Inc., a subsidiary of QCR Holdings Inc. since January 2007. He served as Secretary of QCR Holdings Inc., where he joined in January of 2000. He began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick in 1985. He served as Tax Partner at McGladrey &Pullen in 1994 and served as its Tax Partner-in-Charge of Mississippi Valley Practice and as one of five Regional Tax Coordinators for the national firm. He specialized in Financial Institutions Taxation and Mergers and Acquisitions throughout his 14-year career in Public Accounting. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Skip-a-Long Child Development Centers. He has been a Director of QCR Holdings Inc. since 2009 and subsidiary positions of Director of Quad City Bank & Trust, Director of Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust, Director of Rockford Bank & Trust and Director of Community State Bank. Mr. Gipple serves as a Director of Rockford Bank and Trust Company, Quad City Bank and Trust Company, CedarRapids Bank & Trust, Rockford Bank & Trust, Quad CityBancard, Inc., Buffalo Savings Bank and its holding company, APM Bancorp, Inc. He served as a Director of m2 Lease Funds LLC., a subsidiary of QCR Holdings Inc. He serves on the Finance Committee for the United Way of the QuadCities and the Audit Committee for the Community Foundation of the GreatRiver Bend. He served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Davenport Chamber of Commerce, United Way of the Quad Cities and the Scott County Beautification Foundation and was a member of the original Governing Body for Quad City's Success by 6 Initiative. Mr. Gipple is Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Iowa Society of CPAs.
