Mr. D. J. Paul E. Cowan serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Quotient Limited. Mr. Cowan served as the Chief Financial Officer of Inveresk Research Group Inc., since January 2002 and its Treasurer and Secretary since May 2002 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Cowan worked as an investment banker at Bear Stearns International Limited from May 2000 to January 2002, specializing in the European health care and biotechnology industries. From September 1997 to December 1999, Mr. Cowan served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cerebrus PLC. Mr. Cowan worked as an investment banker at Societe Generale from April 1997 to August 1997 and at Deutsche Bank from November 1988 to April 1997. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Inveresk Research Group, a subsidiary of Inveresk Research Group Inc. since January 2002. Mr. Cowan received a Bachelor of Business in accounting in 1981 from Queensland University of Technology in Australia.

Mr. Jeremy Stackawitz serves as the President of Quotient Bioresearch Limited and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Stackawitz serves as the President at Quotient Limited. He has over 15 years in healthcare including diagnostics, pharmaceutical and biotechnology. His past experiences include former Commercial Director of Immunohematology, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Johnson & Johnson and former Strategy Consultant to healthcare industry with Monitor and McKinsey & Co consultancies. He holds a B.S. in chemistry from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Edward Farrell, also known as Ed, has been President at Quotient Limited since March 2013. Mr. Farrell joined Quotient from Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics. He has 12 years diagnostics experience. He served as Vice President of Manufacturing for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics where he was the leader of a large reagent plant. Prior to that, he led a site manufacturing and developing point of care instruments and consumables for Siemens. His past experiences include manufacturing, engineering and logistics roles for Bayer Diagnostics, Ingersoll Rand and Intel. Mr. Farrell received a B.E (Mechanical) and a Masters in Engineering Science from University College Dublin.

Mr. John Allan has been Chief Technology Officer of Quotient Limited since April 2013 and serves as its Corporate Senior Vice President. Mr. Allan serves as the Managing Director, Chief Technical Officer and Corporate Senior Vice President of Alba Bioscience Limited and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Allan has over 30 years experience in healthcare diagnostics and 15 years at Executive/Senior Management level. He has extensive knowledge of global blood bank market and expert regulatory affairs knowledge. He has scientific background, worked in various UK hospitals & in the Middle East. He served as the Chair of European Diagnostics Manufacturers Association (EDMA) Blood Typing Working Party from 1997 to 2007 and EDMA representative to EU IVD Expert Group from 2001 to 2007. He served as a Board Member of Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service from 1999 to 2007 and a Member of the UKBTS Reagents Standing Advisory Committee from 1994 to 2007.
