Mr. Yaron Ravkaie has been Chief Executive Officer of Radcom Ltd. since January 16, 2016. Mr. Ravkaie served as the Chief Business Officer at RR Media Ltd. (alternate name RRSat Global Communications Network Ltd.) since January 2015 until January 15, 2016. Mr. Ravkaie leads the Global Business Group (GBG), assuming responsibility and full ownership of the day-to-day business execution of RRSat Global Communications Network including customer relationships, sales and business partners for RR Media's entire services portfolio. He has broad management experience and a deep knowledge of service provider business, including global sales, delivery, on-going support and outsourcing deals, building and driving strategies, setup of new organizations as well as a proven ability to lead and grow a profitable ~$1 billion software products and services business. For the last 16 years, he has held senior positions at Amdocs, of which the last 15 years he spent in the United States. He held several leadership positions within Amdocs including President of a North American division focused on AT&T, including responsibilities for sales and systems implementation supporting the UVERSE Program. Mr. Ravkaie is a graduate of the Technion with a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Information Technology. He also has an MBA degree from Ben-Gurion University.

Mr. Ronen Hovav serves as Director of Sales at Radcom Ltd. and served as Vice President of Sales & Global Accounts and Vice President of Americas.

Mrs. Rachel Bennun, also known as Heli, serves as General Partner and Member of Advisory Board of Cybele Venture Capital. Mrs. Bennun served as the Chief Executive Officer of OrganiTech USA Inc., since January 2, 2006. Mrs. Bennun served as the Chief Executive Officer of OrganiTECH Ltd. She has over 25 years of experience in the high-tech industry, mainly in telecommunication solutions. She is one of the prominent veterans of Israel's technology investment industry. She is the Co-founder of Arel Communication and Software, Ltd. and Arelnet, Ltd. In 1982, she served as a Managing Director at Arel Computers and Software Ltd. Mrs. Bennun served as the Chief Executive Officer of ArelNet Ltd. since January 2004 and 1998 till 2001, Arel Communication and Software since 1988 until 1998 and as a Vice Chairman until 2001. She started her business career as a Senior Advisor at Eshed Engineers, where she gained valuable experience in project management of leading Israeli companies. She has been the Executive Chairman of Board of Directors of Radcom Ltd. since September 10, 2015. She has been a Director of Radcom Ltd since December 2012. She served as a Director of OrganiTech USA Inc. since February 19, 2006. Mrs. Bennun holds a Master degree, M.Sc, in Industrial Engineering & Management from Ben-Gurion University, Israel and a B.Sc. degree in industrial engineering and management from the Technion, the institute of technology in Haifa.

Mr. Rami Amit has been the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product at Radcom Ltd. since February 1, 2017. Mr. Amit served as the Chief Technology Officer of Jungo Connectivity Ltd. Mr. Amit served as Chief Technology Officer of VocalTec Communications Ltd., Prior to Reverse Merger With Ymax Communications Corp. since August 2006 and served as its Vice President of Product Strategy. Mr. Amit was with VocalTec since the infancy of the VoIP industry in 1993. He spearheaded the development of the first-ever VoIP gateway, showcased at CTExpo 1996 and held several key positions at VocalTec. He has strong technical and market experience. Mr. Amit joined VocalTec, pioneer of the VoIP industry, in 1993 as its first employee. He served as Director of Engineering at Cisco NFV BU. Mr. Amit held several key positions at VocalTec throughout the years, including Vice President of Product Management and leading VocalTec's web enabled call center solutions development, which he spun out of VocalTec in May 2001 as a private Startup Company called Surf&Call Solutions Ltd. At Surf&Call Solutions he served as the Chairman and Chief Technology Officer and led it to an acquisition by CosmoCom, the market leader in IP contact center solutions. Before that, Mr. Amit served in the engineering team in IET (ClickSoftware) and in the Israel Defense Force. He holds several patents in the field of VoIP. He holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Harel Givon has been Chief Business Officer of Radcom Ltd. since June 15, 2016. With over 10 years of sales and customer management global experience with some of the world's leading telecom operators, Mr. Givon heading up the newly formed Business Group at RADCOM. Mr. Givon is responsible for sales, marketing and business development activities focusing on executing the RADCOM's strategic growth plan. Prior to RADCOM, Mr. Givon served as Head of Sales and Regional Vice President of Customer Business Executive for the EMEA Division at Amdocs where he was responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy. Before that, Mr. Givon served as Vice President & Customer Business Executive, Vodafone Central and several other executive positions at Amdocs and was leading a significant business expansion within EMEA and specifically for the Vodafone accounts. Mr. Givon holds an MBA in Financing from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Bar Ilan University.

Mr. David Ripstein served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Radcom Ltd. since April 1, 2007 until January 15, 2016 and served as its Chief Operating Officer since May 2006. Mr. Ripstein served as the General Manager of Products & Technologies for Radcom Ltd. He joined Radcom Ltd. in 2000, as General Manager of Quality Management Business Unit and he formed and executed its service quality management strategy and spearheaded the development of its differentiating R70 technology platform. He served as the Head of R&D and Marketing Activities at Radcom Ltd. since 2002. He served as an Officer of an elite R&D unit within the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Intelligence Division, for 11 years. He Co-founded Firebit, a company that targeted the ISP market with security services solution and also co-founded Speedbit, a company that focuses on increasing the speed of downloading from the internet, and he served the Intelligence Corps of the Israel Defense Forces, completing his service with the rank of Major. Mr. Ripstein holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. degrees in Electronic Engineering from the Israel's Technion Institute of Technology.

Mr. Michael Shilinger, also known as Miki, serves as a Vice President of Operations at Radcom Ltd., and joined it in June 1999. From May 1997 to May 1999, Mr. Shilinger was Director of Purchasing and Logistics for Tadiran ' Telematics Ltd., an Israeli company involved in the marketing, development and production of systems for the location of vehicles, cargo and people. Prior to that Mr. Shilinger was a Director of Logistics at Galtronics Ltd., one of the leading companies in the manufacture of portable antennas for cellular systems. Prior to that Mr. Shilinger was the owner of a Management Information Systems Consulting firm implementing ERP Systems. Mr. Shilinger has a B.Sc. degree in Industry and Management from Ben-Gurion University.

Mr. Ran Vered has been Chief Financial Officer of Radcom Ltd. since June 5, 2016. Mr. Vered joined Radcom after working as the Head of Finance for Amdocs' EMEA Division from 2011 to 2016. Before 2011, he held various financial roles at Amdocs, was co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of an investment fund and served as an auditor for KPMG. He holds an MBA in Finance from Tel Aviv University and a BB in Business Administration and Accounting from the College of Management and is certified in Israel as a CPA.

Mr. Zohar Zisapel is a Co-Founder of RiT Technologies Ltd., Silicom Ltd., Rad-Bynet Group, and Radcom Ltd. Mr. Zisapel co-founded Radlive Inc. in 2005. He founded Argus Cyber Security Ltd. in 2013 and serves as its Chairman. He serves as the Chairman of Wisair Ltd., RAD Group and Virtue3D. He has been the Chairman of Ceragon Networks Ltd. since July 23, 1996 and Radvision Ltd. since April 2001. He serves as Chairman of Rad Data Communications Radwin Ltd. He has been a Director of Amdocs Limited since July 2008, Adallom, Inc. since January 21, 2014 and Radvision Ltd. since November 1992. He serves as a Member of Business Advisory Board at Sanoculis Ltd. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Global Catalyst Partners and JGV Growth Equity Fund, L.P. He serves as a Director of Radcom Ltd. He serves as a Director at PacketLight Networks Ltd. During the last several years, he has been engaged primarily in the management of high technology companies. He founded Commex Technologies, Ltd. in 2005. He served as the President of RAD Data Communications Ltd. and Verisity Ltd. from January 1982 to 1999. He co-founded Rad Data Communications Ltd. in 1981 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from January 1982 to January 1998. Mr. Zisapel served as the Head of the Electronics Research Department in the Israeli Ministry of Defense from 1978 to 1982. He was the Co-Founder of Silicom Ltd. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Rad-Bynet Group. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Radcom Ltd., from 1985 to September 10, 2015. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Radvision Ltd. from November 1992 to August 1999. He served as a Director of Silicom Ltd. from September 2, 2010 to July 28, 2015 and previously served as its Director since its inception and until 2001. He served as a Director of SANRAD, Inc., and RADView Software Ltd. He served as a Director of Radware Ltd., RADCOM Equipment, Inc., RAD BioMed Ltd. (alternate name, RAD BioMed Accelerator Ltd.) and Rad Data Communications Ltd. He served as a Director of RiT Inc., a subsidiary of RiT Technologies Ltd. until December 31, 2002. He served as a Director of Verisity Ltd., since August 1997. He served as a Director of RIT Technologies Ltd. from 1989 to November 30, 2003. He was the Chairman at the Israeli Association of Electronics and Software Industries from 1998 to 2001. He received the Israel Defense Prize in 1979. Mr. Zisapel holds an M.Sc and B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology (IIT) in Haifa, Israel and an M.B.A. degree from Tel Aviv University in Tel Aviv, Israel.
