Mr. Bohn H. Crain is the Founder of Radiant Logistics, Inc. and has been its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since October 10, 2005. Mr. Crain serves as Chief Executive Officer of Adcom Worldwide, Inc. He has been the President of Adcom Express, Inc. since June 30, 2011. He is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Radiant Global Logistics ULC. He has over 15 years of industry and capital markets experience in transportations and logistics. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Radiant Logistics from October 10, 2005 to March 2011. He served as an Interim Chief Accounting Officer of Radiant Logistics since October 2007. In 2005, he founded Radiant Capital Partners LLC to execute a consolidation strategy in the sector. Mr. Crain served as an Executive Vice President of Stonepath Group Inc. since July 19, 2004 and served as its Chief Financial Officer since January 1, 2002 and Treasurer since May 30, 2002. Since 2001, Mr. Crain served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Schneider Logistics Inc. From May 2000 to January 2001, he served as a Vice President and Treasurer at Florida East Coast Industries Inc. From June 1989 to May 2000, he served as various Vice-President and Treasury positions for CSX Corp., and several of its subsidiaries, a Fortune 500 transportation company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Crain earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Texas.

Mr. Arnold Goldstein, also known as Arnie, has been Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President of Radiant Logistics, Inc. since June 30, 2016. Mr. Goldstein is responsible for driving organic growth across the entire Radiant organization and supporting all of the network brands in their efforts to grow. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Inc. He served as the Chief Operating Officer for Service By Air, Inc. (SBA), which Radiant acquired in June of 2015. Mr. Goldstein has over 30 years of progressive sales and operational experience in the logistics industry at Hellmann, Pacer, Wilson UTC and Danzas/AEI. Mr. Goldstein earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and a Masters of Business Administration from Bryant University.

Mr. Todd E. Macomber has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Radiant Logistics, Inc. since March 2011 and has been its Senior Vice President since August 7, 2009 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Macomber serves as Treasurer and Secretary of DBA Distribution Services, Inc. He served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Radiant Logistics, Inc. since August 7, 2009 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since August 2009 & Controller. He served as Vice President of Radiant Logistics and Corporate Controller of Radiant Global Logistics, Inc. (f/k/a Airgroup Inc.) since December 2007. Prior to Radiant Global Logistics, from September 2003 to November 2007, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Biotrace International, Inc. a subsidiary of Biotrace International PLC an industrial microbiology company traded on the London Stock Exchange. From January 1993 to September 2003, Mr. Macomber held a variety of positions and served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for International BioProducts, Inc. Mr. Macomber earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, emphasis in Accounting from Seattle University.

Mr. Tim Boyce has been Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Rail & Truck Brokerage Operations at Radiant Logistics, Inc. since April 2015. Mr. Boyce has been the Chief Marketing Officer of Wheels Group Inc. since November 2012 and serves as its President of Wheels Clipper-U.S. He served as a Group Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Wheels Group Inc. He joined Wheels in early 2012. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Brokerage Operations at Radiant Logistics, Inc. since April 2015. He has served in numerous segments of the transportation industry, including senior management roles with Canpar Transport, TST (formerly TNT) Overland Express and most recently, with Canadian Pacific Railway. Mr. Boyce has more than 19 years experience.

Mr. E. Joseph Bento, also known as Joe, has been Chief Operating Officer of Radiant Global Logistics, Inc., at Radiant Logistics, Inc since July 2016 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Bento served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Radiant Logistics, Inc. since January 5, 2016 until June 30, 2016. Mr. Bento served as President of North America and Chief Marketing Officer at CEVA Freight, LLC (formerly EGL Inc.) since July 2002 and September 2000 respectively. He served as Chief Sales Officer at SEKO Worldwide, LLC. He joined EGL Inc. in February 1992 as an Account Executive. He served as President of Americas & Global Freight Management at CEVA Holdings LLC. since August 2007. He served as Member of Executive Management Board at CEVA Holdings LLC until January 10, 2010. From March 1994 to December 1994, Mr. Bento served as Sales Manager in Los Angeles for EGL and its Regional Sales Manager - West Coast from January 1995 to September 1997. From June 1994 to May 1995, he served as Station Manager in Los Angeles at EGL Inc. He served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of EGL from March 1999 to August 2000 and its Vice President of Sales and Marketing from October 1997 to February 1999. Mr. Bento holds a BS in Financial Management from California State University, Long Beach.

Chris Kosvic serves as the Vice President of Sales of Radiant Global Logistics. Chris started at Radiant Global Logistics in May of 1996. Chris is currently based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

Walter Benvenuto serves as the Vice President - Sales of Radiant Global Logistics. Walter started at Radiant Global Logistics in November of 2003. Walter is currently based in the Orange County, California Area.

Tim Kolkmeyer serves as the VP - Station Operations Support of Radiant Global Logistics. Tim started at Radiant Global Logistics in October of 2015. Tim is currently based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

Mark Rowe serves as the Vice President, Technology Solutions of Radiant Global Logistics. Mark started at Radiant Global Logistics in October of 2013. Mark is currently based in the Greater Seattle Area.
