High paying job for good dependable workers
RP is health care run by wall st people who keep 1/3 of doctors earnings for themselves and force doctors to read too many cases too fast for as little as few dollars per test. Very few upper management are doctors and many RP docs are unhappy since they mostly are doing more work for less pay.
Over worked, underpaid, and no clear communication of what is needed.
Work is fulfilling and the leadership team is inspirational.
