Bonuses, hourly pay and the benefits

Long path to promotion for internal folks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team work, goals, bonuses and virtual talking
Smart and ambitious people who are also fun to be around.
Great people that are wonderful to interact with during hard times like Covid. Learn and grow from each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing they use "culture" as code word to force all employees to do only whats best for corporation instead of patients and doctors
Our community and communication is positive
Focus on teammates' well being. There is a program that was launched on wellness during the height of covid and the racial protests this past summer.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

clear and consistent info, timely process
Virtual and the managers were very approachable
Exposure to a wide variety of executives
That the process was smooth and quick, no uncomfortable lag waiting and wondering what happens next.
