Dr. Gregory Williams, also known as Greg, PhD, MBA has been the Chief Development Officer of Radius Health, Inc. since January 9, 2014. Dr. Williams is a pharmaceutical industry and drug development veteran with more than 30 years of experience leading new product development, regulatory affairs, life-cycle management and commercialization for both small biotechnology and large pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining Radius, Dr. Williams served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, Global Product & Clinical Development and Program Management with The Medicines Company, where he led the successful NDA and MAA filings of the IV antihypertensive drug Cleviprex(R). He served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Compliance & Program Management for NPS Pharmaceuticals, where he led the successful MAA filing of the osteoporosis drug Preotact(TM). He held various management positions in clinical and drug product development for Yamanouchi Pharma America, Theraport Biosciences, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare and Parke-Davis Pharmaceutical. Dr. Williams has a Ph.D. in Biopharmaceutics from Rutgers University and an MBA from Cornell University.

Dr. Lorraine A. Fitzpatrick, also known as Lorie, has been Chief Medical Officer of Radius Health, Inc. since July 29, 2015. Dr. Fitzpatrick was a Medicine Development Leader of an international clinical development team for Denosumab at GlaxoSmithKline and was responsible for clinical development, regulatory, manufacturing, commercial, operations, epidemiology and global health outcomes. Previously, Dr. Fitzpatrick led the clinical development of novel agents to treat musculoskeletal diseases and women's health at GlaxoSmithKline. Dr. Fitzpatrick served as an Executive Director at Amgen, Inc. where she worked in the fields of osteoporosis and oncology. She joined the staff as Chief of Endocrine at the Audie Murphy VA hospital and served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Fitzpatrick joined the staff at the Mayo Clinic and rose to the rank of Professor of Medicine. At Mayo, she served as Director of Bone Histomorphometry and Director of the Women's Health Fellowship, which she founded. Dr. Fitzpatrick held many national and international positions. She has served as Chairman of the GCRC study section of NCRR, National Institute of Health; Advocacy Committee of the American Society of Bone and Mineral Research (ASBMR). She served as Chairman of Public Communications Committee and the Media Relations Steering Committee of The Endocrine Society (TES). She has been a Member of the Publications Committee of the ASBMR and TES and of the Advisory Committee for the Office of Research on Women's Health at NIH. Dr. Fitzpatrick served on the NCQA Technical Subgroup on Osteoporosis, the Clinical Guidelines Committee of The Endocrine Society, the Scientific Program Committees of NAMS and the ASBMR, Associate Editor for The Mayo Clinic Proceedings and the American Medical Association Scientific Advisory Board: Osteoporosis Guidelines. She received numerous honors and awards including the Boy Frame Award of the ASBMR, the Glenn Foundation Award in Endocrinology and Aging from The Endocrine Society and election to the American Society of Clinical Investigation. Dr. Fitzpatrick trained in Mineral Metabolism and Endocrinology at the National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive, Arthritis and Kidney Disorders at the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Fitzpatrick completed her Undergraduate Education at Wellesley College with honors in Molecular Biology. She graduated from the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago and completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York.

Mr. Brian Nicholas Harvey, also known as Nick, has been an Advisor of Radius Health, Inc. since May 15, 2017 and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President from November 2011 to May 15, 2017. Mr. Harvey has been Treasurer of Radius Health, Inc. since November 2011 and served as its Secretary since November 2011. He serves as an Executive Officer of Transfusion Technologies Corporation served as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of MPM Acquisition Corp. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of QRxPharma Limited from July 2006 to March 2007. Mr. Harvey served as the President and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Transcend Therapeutics Inc. since August 1998. He served as the Chief Financial officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance and Secretary of Transcend Therapeutics Inc. since October 1997. He served as Vice President of Finance at Transcend Therapeutics Inc. from December 1992 to October 1997. Mr. Harvey served as the Managing Director at Shiprock Capital LLC. Prior to joining Shiprock Capital in 2003, he held various financial and business development positions from 1992 to 2002 with a number of venture backed technology and life sciences companies, including Computer Power Group, Transfusion Technologies Corporation and LifetecNet. He serves as a Director of Shiprock Capital LLC and Prominence Networks. He has been a Director of Passport Systems Inc. since 2007. He served as a Director of MPM Acquisition Corp. since November 22, 2010. He served as Director of Transcend Therapeutics Inc. since August 1998. Mr. Harvey holds an Undergraduate Degree in Economics and a Law Degree from Australian National University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Dr. Stavros C. Manolagas, M.D., Ph.D., serves as Director of the UAMS/VA Center for Osteoporosis and Metabolic Bone Disease and Chief of the Section of Endocrinology in the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. Dr. Manolagas is Professor of Medicine and Director of the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). He was a Professor of Medicine as well as Chief of the Section of Endocrinology and Metabolism in the Indianapolis VA Medical Center at Indiana University and Associate Professor of Medicine in Residence at the University of California in San Diego. He Co-Founded and serves as Member of Scientific Advisory Board at Radius Health, Inc. (formerly Nuvios Inc.). Dr. Manolagas's research interests include vitamin D metabolism; the interplay among hormones, cytokines, the hematopoietic/immune system and bone; cellular and molecular mechanisms of the pathogenesis of osteoporosis due to estrogen or androgen deficiency, old age and glucocorticoid excess; mechanism of steroid hormone-receptor action; and the discovery of anabolic bone therapies. His honors and awards include the UAMS Dean's Distinguished Faculty Lecturer award, 2001; the inaugural Founders Award (Louis V. Avioli Award) of the American Society of Bone and Mineral Research, 2000; the 1999 AlliedSignal award for research on aging; and induction into the Association of American Physicians in 1996. Dr. Manolagas received an MD from the University of Athens Medical School and a PhD from the University of Manchester, England.

Dr. Gary Hattersley, Ph.D., has been Chief Scientific Officer of Radius Health, Inc. since January 9, 2014 and serves as its Senior Vice President and served as its Senior Vice President of Preclinical Development from December 2011 to December 2013. Dr. Hattersley serves as Senior Vice President of Preclinical Development at MPM Acquisition Corp. and served as its Vice President of Biology from May 2005 to December 2011. He served as Senior Director of Research at Radius Health, Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Dr. Hattersley has more than 20 years of experience in musculoskeletal research. He served as Senior Scientist of Millennium Pharmaceuticals and responsible for the discovery and development of novel small-molecule agents for the treatment of osteoporosis and other metabolic bone diseases. He also held positions at Genetics Institute/Wyeth Research investigating the application of the bone morphogenetic proteins in bone and connective tissue repair and regeneration. He is an author of numerous scientific publications related to bone biology and physiology. Dr. Hattersley received a PhD in Experimental Pathology from St. George's Hospital Medical School in London.

Dr. John A. Katzenellenbogen, Ph.D., is the Swanlund Professor of Chemistry at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Katzenellenbogen's research interests involve organic and inorganic chemistry, radiochemistry, biochemistry and molecular biology. Dr. Katzenellenbogen serves as Chairman of Scientific Advisory Board at Mountain View Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He co-founded Radius Health, Inc. (also known asNuvios, Inc.) and serves as its Member of Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Katzenellenbogen's research is focused on aspects of the structure, function and use of steroid receptors. He has prepared and evaluated receptor ligands having novel structures and activities and developed radiolabeled steroids for imaging receptor-positive tumors of the breast and prostate by positron emission tomography. He has initiated biochemical and biophysical studies on the dynamics of the estrogen receptors and their interaction with coregulator proteins. Dr. Katzenellenbogen is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He has given numerous named lecture presentations and received three NIH MERIT awards, the Paul C. Aebersold Award from the Society of Nuclear Medicine and a Cope Scholar Award from the American Chemical Society. He received the E.B. Hershberg Award for Important Discoveries in Medicinally Active Substances at the American Chemical Society Meeting in 2007 and has received many other awards. Dr. Katzenellenbogen conducted graduate studies with Professor E.J. Corey at Harvard University and received a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Harvard University.

Ms. Amanda Mott has been Senior Vice President of Market Access at Radius Health, Inc. since November 27, 2017. Ms. Mott served as Vice President of Market Access at Radius Health, Inc. since 2016. She joined Radius in 2016 to lead the Market Access function, where she is responsible for payer relationships, price and contracting strategies. She oversees market access strategy, pricing and contracting, payer marketing, national and regional accounts and field reimbursement. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she was previously with Amgen Inc., where she implemented its new customer team organization, servicing payer, integrated delivery network (IDN) and accountable care organization customers for Amgen's 15-product portfolio, which included Prolia??, Repatha??, Enbrel??, Neupogen??, Neulasta?? and six new product/indication launches in 2015. Before this, she built Amgen's Cardiovascular NE sales team to launch Repatha and Corlanor??. In her career, she led payer and pricing strategy teams, brand payer marketing, government affairs, contracting, legal and sales for AstraZeneca (AZ). Under her leadership, the AZ Payer team was twice ranked the No. 1 Managed Markets Account Executive Team in the Industry by Health Industries Research Companies (HIRC). She was previously responsible for sales, IDN and payer strategy in high complexity markets, leading a team of more than 500 employees. In this time, she was a member of the senior sales leadership team responsible for more than $9 billion in annual sales and received AZ Global Commercial Leadership and President's Model of Excellence Awards In 2014, she received the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association Rising Star Award. She also is a Fellow of the International Women's Forum, which is dedicated to building better global leadership across careers, continents and cultures by connecting the world's most pre-eminent women of significant and diverse achievements. Ms. Mott earned a B.A. in European History from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Marquette University Law School.

Mr. Dinesh Purandare has been Senior Vice President of Global Oncology and VMS at Radius Health, Inc. since March 2015 and served as its Head of Global Oncology since March 2015. Mr. Purandare served as Vice President and Project Head of Global Oncology Division at Sanofi, a biopharmaceutical company From October 2011 to March 2015. He served as Vice President and Head of Global Marketing at Sanofi from March 2010 to October 2011. Mr. Purandare served as Vice President and Head of the Centre of Excellence for Oncology at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), a pharmaceutical company, from January 2006 to February 2010. and served as an Executive Director of Global Commercial Strategy at GSK from June 2003 to January 2006.

Mr. Brent Hatzis-Schoch, J.D. has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Radius Health, Inc. since April 10, 2015 and has been its Secretary since March 2017. Mr. Hatzis-Schoch served as Senior Vice President and Member of the Management Board at Agennix AG (alternatively GPC Biotech AG). He served as Member of Management Board at Merz GmbH & Co. KGaA. Mr. Hatzis-Schoch was Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel of Merz Pharma in Frankfurt, Germany, where he had global responsibility for the legal, intellectual property and compliance functions. He served as General Counsel of Agennix AG. He began his legal career in private practice and later held senior legal positions in the U.S. and internationally, including as European legal counsel for Baxter International, Associate General Counsel of Pharmacia Corporation. Mr. Hatzis-Schoch served as Vice President, Legal Affairs of GPC Biotech AG since 2003. Prior to joining GPC Biotech, Mr. Hatzis-Schoch was Associate General Counsel for Global Research & Development at Pharmacia Corporation and earlier was legal counsel to Baxter Healthcare in Europe. He has more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions in the global biopharmaceutical industry with both commercial and development stage companies and across a broad range of corporate, transactional, intellectual property and compliance matters. He received his J.D. from George Washington University and was also the recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship for study in Germany.
