i love getting new styles constantly and being able to work on displays showing the styles

How much diversity is there among employees at Rainbow?
not very much... if your not Spanish you don't get the job or the good hours... even when I worked there the employees made me feel uncomfortable. if employees are not gossiping or talking about a customer why speak in Spanish if you were just speaking English.
