I believe the company is giving me the runaround. Product won't connect online nor turn on at all, and I'm told by customer service there is nothing they can do for my TP-04 purifier. Last fall, I was directed by the app to purchase a filter that doesn't even fit my machine. They are scamming us!

Why is your customer service department so unable to help? They promised things and then when called back weeks later they said they are unable to do that. They outright lied to us to get us to order a second vacuum.
your website is rigged. my voice is not heard. I just want my refund. I have tried to communicate with your company several times. No one is responding to me. I got hung up on and told I would be called back. Dyson is purposefully doing this.
