Start with a temporary service for assembly but if your seeking employment for corporate they have a two interview process

The plant is extremely hot and I think they need a union
How's the vacation policy at Electrolux?
They have at least one mandatory shut down a year. For people with less than one year that is your vacation, but you accumulate hours based on length of employment.
