Listen to your employees, creata a safer environment for expressing ideas, concerns and feedback. We all want to imporva and grow together, hence why feedback is vital. Also make sure to check that no one is a narcasist among the managers as they will make good people leave fast and derail projects

Leading in general. Electrolux likes to fail upwards. So its who who know and not what you know. Plus they are mot competitive with pay in the area.

Health plans differ too much from one location to another. Also, it should put the relatives in the same situation if it were accepted by the employe to pay that conseguent rates.
There is no chance for advancement at Electrolux, promoting from within and training rarely happens.

I think this question is put bad, if a person joined the company might be 10 years ago, and might be in another country/region.
It is way too long and far too many. Interviews feel scripted and perfunctory. Having gotten the job, what was presented versus the actual job feels like a bait and switch.
I don't know. They just need better workers in there.
