Mr. Scott L. N. Davidson has been Chief Executive Officer and President at RAIT Financial Trust since December 22, 2016 and January 29, 2014 respectively. Mr. Glenn Riis has been Senior Managing Director and Chief Credit Risk Officer of RAIT Financial Trust since January 2015. Since joining RAIT in June 2013, Mr. Riis has been primarily responsible for credit and risk management, in addition to alternative investment and lending opportunities. He began his CMBS career in 1995 at Merrill Lynch and was initially responsible for credit analysis, trading desk risk management and primary issuance deal structuring. During his tenure at Merrill Lynch, he was a senior CMBS trader, with responsibility for trading and managing risk related to credit products for the commercial real estate business. In 1999, he moved to a similar role at Chase Bank and following the Chase merger with JPMorgan in September 2000, he also acted as a senior member of the businesses??? various credit committees. Until 2009, Mr. Riis was responsible for trading, risk management, loan pricing/structuring and new issue distribution at JPMorgan Chase. Subsequently, he worked as a CMBS portfolio manager at Treesdale Partners and as head of CMBS Trading at Gleacher & Co.

Mr. Alfred J. Dilmore has been the Chief Accounting Officer of RAIT Financial Trust since March 2016 and its Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Treasurer since August 22, 2017. Mr. Dilmore served as Senior Managing Director-Accounting and Reporting at RAIT Financial Trust from June 2015 to March 2016. Prior to joining RAIT, he was a Director of Accounting Policy at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, or Freddie Mac, a publicly traded government sponsored enterprise, from 2010 through June 2015. Prior to that, he worked at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, a public accounting firm, in advisory and audit roles from 2003 to 2010 serving a variety of large financial institutions.

Mr. John J. Reyle has been a General Counsel of RAIT Financial Trust since February 2017. Mr. Reyle served as the Senior Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer of RAIT Financial Trust since January 2015 until February 2017. He served as senior vice president and corporate counsel of RAIT Financial Trust from January 2014 to December 2014 and served as its vice president from May 2012 to December 2013. Prior to joining RAIT, Mr. Reyle was an associate in the real estate legal departments of Ledgewood, P.C., a law firm, from October 2005 to February 2009 and Cozen O???Conner, P.C., a law firm, from August 2004 to October 2005. During that time, Mr. Reyle concentrated his practice in the area of commercial real estate representing a variety of clients in connection with real estate-based financing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, commercial leasing matters, real estate development and basic corporate transactions related to the foregoing.

Mr. Scott F. Schaeffer has been the Chief Executive Officer at Independence Realty Trust, Inc. since February 8, 2013 and has been its Chairman since January 2011. Mr. Schaeffer has been Consultant of RAIT Financial Trust since December 14, 2016 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from February 22, 2009 to December 14, 2016 and served as its Chairman of the Board of Trustees since December 31, 2010 until October 18, 2016. Previously, Mr. Schaeffer served as President of RAIT Financial Trust from February 22, 2008 to January 29, 2014, Chief Operating Officer from February 2008 to February 2009 and Co-President and Co-Chief Operating Officer from December 11, 2006 to February 2008. He served as the President of Independence Realty Trust, Inc. since February 8, 2013 until August 2014. He served as the President at Resource Properties Inc. from 1992 to 2000, Director from 1998 to October 2002 and its Vice Chairman from 1998 to 2000. Previously, Mr. Schaeffer served as an Executive Vice President at the Resource Properties from 1997 to 1998 and its Senior Vice President from 1995 to 1997. He has been the Chairman of the board at Independence Mortgage Trust, Inc. since October 2011. Mr. Schaeffer holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
