In addition to his real estate career, Jim completed a successful military career as an aviator for the Florida Air National Guard, serving as squadron commander of the F-15 Fighter Squadron based in Jacksonville, Florida. As an avid pilot, Jim volunteers with Angel Flight Southeast, providing air transportation for emergency organ transplant patients and financially needy medical cases. He also serves on the board for Daniel Kids Foundation, a Florida charitable organization providing support for abused and neglected children. He earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Auburn University, is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.

Mrs. Di-Iaconi was responsible for directing development for properties in the EDENS's Mid-Atlantic portfolio, including mixed-use developments in Alexandria, VA and Burtonsville. She has more than 20 years of experience in acquisitions, dispositions, development and finance to her role. Before joining EDENS in 2014, she spent her career at JBGR Retail, eventually working her way from an Analyst position to Principal, closing more than $820 million in transactions and guiding the development of signature, urban-inspired, mixed-use projects like Downtown Crown in Gaithersburg, Maryland along the way. She served as Principal of Acquisition & Development at JBG Rosenfeld Retail, LLC and also served as its Senior Vice President since 2002. In conjunction with the principals of JBGR, Mrs. Di-Iaconi managed all aspects of acquisitions and development. In 2007, Mr. Koleszar earned the company's distinction of most space leased by a single agent in one year. He assumed the role of Vice President in Atlanta during 2008 and in 2010, Mr. Koleszar earned the Martin E. Stein, Sr. Award, Regency's highest honor, which recognizes employees' business acumen and ethical standards. Mr. Koleszar earned his Bachelor of Science from Tulane University and is a volunteer firefighter in his community.
