Mr. Martin E. Stein Jr., also known as Hap, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Regency Centers Corporation since 1993. Mr. Stein joined Regency Centers Corp. in 1993. Mr. Thompson served as Managing Director of East at Regency Centers Corporation since 1993 until January 1, 2016. Mr. Thompson served as Managing Director of Investments for East of Regency Centers Corporation. Mr. Thompson joined Regency in 1981 and has worked in every facet of the business: leasing, development and construction. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Eastern Operations for Regency Centers from 1995 to 2015. He was responsible for overseeing the formulation, growth and management of property development and investment business in the eastern United States, as well as a portfolio of 146 shopping enters which totaled over 17 million square feet, located in 13 states along the East Coast. He was appointed to Vice President, Development Partner in 1984 and became Executive Vice President in 1988. He helped grow Regency's business from the initial public offering of $150 million in assets in 1993 to more than $5.7 billion in capitalization. In addition to his real estate career, Jim completed a successful military career as an aviator for the Florida Air National Guard, serving as squadron commander of the F-15 Fighter Squadron based in Jacksonville, Florida. As an avid pilot, Jim volunteers with Angel Flight Southeast, providing air transportation for emergency organ transplant patients and financially needy medical cases. He also serves on the board for Daniel Kids Foundation, a Florida charitable organization providing support for abused and neglected children. He earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Auburn University, is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.

Mr. Dan M. Chandler, III, also known as Mac, has been Executive Vice President of Investments at Regency Centers Corporation since June 2, 2017. Mr. Chandler served as Executive Vice President of Development at Regency Centers Corporation since January 1, 2016. He is a co-owner at M Chandler 2005 living Trust. Mr. Chandler served as Managing Director of West at Regency Centers Corporation since August 2009 until January 1, 2016. Mr. Chandler served as Managing Director of Investments for Pacific at Regency Centers Corporation. Mr. Chandler served as Managing Director for Investments - East of Regency Centers Corporation. Mr. Scott R. Prigge has been Senior Vice President of National Property Operations at Regency Centers Corporation since 2008. Mr. Prigge joined Regency in 1997 and has held a variety of roles employing his talents in team building, strategic planning, development and redevelopment, while managing and leasing retail projects throughout the United States. Previously, he was Vice President for Sizeler Property Investors Inc., where he supervised leasing, management and redevelopment for a large retail portfolio in Florida. He also served in various management positions with commercial real estate developer Hill Partners, Inc., focusing on innovative retail development and management solutions for institutional clients. Throughout his career he has specialized in leading and building dynamic teams, strategic planning, redevelopment and the management and leasing of retail projects on a national basis. He is board chair for L.E.A.D. (Launch, Expose, Advise, Direct), a non-profit whose mission is to empower at-risk young men in Atlanta's inner city with a path towards productive citizenship. In addition, he is a board member for the Council for Quality Growth, a trade organization dedicated to balanced and responsible growth in metro Atlanta. He is also actively involved with several civic organizations, including the child-advocacy group Families First and the Cathedral of St. Philip. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute. He received a bachelor's degree from Washington and Lee University.

Mr. J. Christian Leavitt also known as Chris, has been a Senior Vice President of Finance at Regency Centers Corporation and its Treasurer since 1993. Mr. Leavitt served as a Secretary and Senior Vice President at Regency Centers Corporation. He oversees the company's accounting and risk management corporate-support functions as well as the forecasting process that guides short-term and strategic cash flow, capital needs and Funds From Operations earnings estimates. He joined Regency in 1984 as Senior Manager and Controller. With Regency's initial public offering in 1993, he assumed the role of Treasurer and Vice President of Finance. He has participated in many significant mergers and portfolio acquisitions, most notably with Branch Properties, Midland Properties, Pacific Retail Trust and First Washington. Prior to Regency, he served as Assistant Controller for American National Bank and an auditor at KPMG. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from the University of West Florida.

Mrs. Krista C. Di-Iaconi serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Market Officer of Regency Centers Corporation. Mrs. Di-Iaconi oversees the leasing, development, operations and asset management of 68 shopping centers in Regency Centers Mid-Atlantic and Northeast portfolio, totaling approximately 8 million square feet. She started her career as an accountant for Baker Tilly and quickly expanded to include the functional disciplines of financial analysis, financing, operations, acquisitions, development and leasing through her career at JBGR Retail and a short period at Edens. She served as Vice President of Development at EDENS, Inc. from 2014 to April 5, 2016. Mrs. Di-Iaconi was responsible for directing development for properties in the EDENS's Mid-Atlantic portfolio, including mixed-use developments in Alexandria, VA and Burtonsville. She has more than 20 years of experience in acquisitions, dispositions, development and finance to her role. Before joining EDENS in 2014, she spent her career at JBGR Retail, eventually working her way from an Analyst position to Principal, closing more than $820 million in transactions and guiding the development of signature, urban-inspired, mixed-use projects like Downtown Crown in Gaithersburg, Maryland along the way. She served as Principal of Acquisition & Development at JBG Rosenfeld Retail, LLC and also served as its Senior Vice President since 2002. In conjunction with the principals of JBGR, Mrs. Di-Iaconi managed all aspects of acquisitions and development. She originally joined JBGR in 1994, served two years as Vice President of Finance and Operations for Storetrax, a Web-based retail information service. She is an active member of Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Mrs. Di-Iaconi holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Mary Washington College, an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Andre N. Koleszar has been Senior Vice President and Senior Market Officer of Southeast at Regency Centers Corporation since August 15, 2016 and served as its Vice President and Market Officer until August 15, 2016. Mr. Koleszar is Senior Vice President and Senior Market Officer, Southeast for Regency Centers. He is responsible for a portfolio of 40 operating properties and new developments, totaling more than 4.2 million square feet, in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Mr. Koleszar also assists with development, acquisition and disposition efforts in the region. Mr. Koleszar joined Regency in 2005 as a Leasing Agent in Palm Beach, Fla., leasing centers from Martin County to Dade County. In 2006, he transferred to Raleigh, N.C., handling centers in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee as a Senior Leasing Agent. Before joining Regency, Mr. Koleszar leased a retail portfolio and managed transactional real estate on a national level for a private real estate holding firm in New York, later transferring to Boca Raton, Fla. In 2007, Mr. Koleszar earned the company's distinction of most space leased by a single agent in one year. He assumed the role of Vice President in Atlanta during 2008 and in 2010, Mr. Koleszar earned the Martin E. Stein, Sr. Award, Regency's highest honor, which recognizes employees' business acumen and ethical standards. Mr. Koleszar earned his Bachelor of Science from Tulane University and is a volunteer firefighter in his community. In 2010, he was included in the 'Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate' by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Ms. Barbara Christie Johnston has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Regency Centers Corporation since June 2010 and also serves as its Secretary. Ms. Johnston was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Florida Rock Industries Inc. since July 1, 2006. She joined Florida Rock from her practice with the law firm of McGuireWoods LLP, where she was a Partner and served in a leadership role on its Board of Partners. At that firm of more than 750 lawyers and fifteen offices worldwide, her national corporate practice included the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law and transactions and domestic and international business law. Ms. Johnston served as a federal district court law clerk to the Honorable Susan H. Black, former U.S. District Court Judge for the Middle District of Florida and current 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge. Ms. Johnston received a Bachelor's degree in history, graduating with high honors from the University of Florida. Her law degree is also from the University of Florida, where she graduated with honors.

Mr. Patrick M. Krejs serves as Senior Vice President at Regency Centers Corporation and has been its Senior Market Officer since 2009. Previously, Mr. Krejs joined Regency in 1996 as Vice President and Regional Officer for the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He became Senior Vice President of Operations before being appointed to Senior Market Officer in 2009. He supervises the leasing and operations of 95 properties, as well as the development and acquisitions of new projects, in 10 central U.S. states. He serves as board member for the Clayton Dabney Foundation for Kids with Cancer and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Southern Methodist University.
