Mr. Ian D. Branagan has been the Group Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President at RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. since February 2009. Mr. Branagan served as the Head of Group Risk Modeling at RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd since 2005. He joined RenaissanceRe Holdings in 1998. From August 1996 to December 1998, Mr. Branagan led the international activities of Applied Insurance Research Inc. (???AIR???) , which included the development and marketing of AIR's catastrophe models and tools. Mr. Branagan worked in the London market at DP Mann Limited, developing pricing and risk analytics from November 1992 to August 1996. He serves as a Director of Renaissance Reinsurance of Europe Ltd. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and European Economic History from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Mr. Sean Brosnan has been Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. since March 1, 2017. Mr. Brosnan joined RenaissanceRe in 2004 and most recently served as Vice President and Managing Director Investments of Renaissance Services of Europe Ltd., and Chief Executive Officer of Renaissance Reinsurance of Europe. Previously, he served as Head of Portfolio Construction at Irish Life Investment Managers. As President of RenaissanceRe Ventures, Mr. Dutt structures and manages RenaissanceRe's joint ventures, including DaVinci Re, Top Layer Re, Upsilon Fund and Medici Fund. He also directs RenaissanceRe's portfolio of strategic investments and insurance-linked securities. Mr. Dutt joined RenaissanceRe in 2008.

Mr. Ross A. Curtis has been Group Chief Underwriting Officer and Senior Vice President at RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. since July 1, 2014. Mr. Curtis serves as Chief Underwriting Officer of European Operations and Active Underwriter of Renaissancere Syndicate Management Ltd. He served as Chief Underwriting Officer of European Operations at RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. since January 2010. He served as Senior Vice President of Catastrophe Reinsurance unit of Renaissancere Holdings Ltd. from March 2006 to January 2010 and also served as its Senior Vice President since May 2010. Mr. Curtis was responsible for underwriting international property catastrophe reinsurance business for Renaissancere Holdings Ltd.'s largest business segment. He joined Renaissance in 1999 as a Catastrophe Reinsurance Analyst, later becoming an International Property Catastrophe Underwriter at Renaissance. Mr. Curtis continues to be an active participant in the ongoing development of Renaissancere Holdings Ltd. proprietary Renaissance Exposure Management System (REMS(C)) and additional portfolio analysis methodologies. Mr. Curtis holds M.A. in Philosophy from University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
