Mr. Edward Robinson McGraw has been the Chief Executive Officer of Renasant Corp. (also known as Peoples Holding Company), and its subsidiary, Renasant Bank ( The Peoples Bank & Trust Company) since November 2000. Mr. McGraw served as the President of Renasant Corp. and its subsidiary, Renasant Bank from November 2000 to January 19, 2016. He served as an Executive Vice President of Renasant Bank. Mr. McGraw began his banking career in 1969 as Assistant Trust Examiner with the U. S. Treasury Department, Office of Comptroller of the Currency in Atlanta and thereafter served in the Estate Planning Division of First National Bank, Birmingham. He joined Peoples in 1974 as Trust Officer and served as a Senior Trust Officer from 1980 to 1993, when he became Executive Vice President and Headquarters Operations Group Manager. In 1998, he was promoted to Executive Vice President, In-House Counsel. Mr. McGraw has been the Chairman of Renasant Corp. and Renasant Bank since June 2005. He serves as the Chairman of the Board for North Mississippi Health Services, Inc. and served as its Vice Chairman. He has been a Director of Renasant Corp. and Renasant Bank since November 2000.

Mr. John W. Gregory, Jr. has been Executive Vice President of Renasant Bank, a subsidiary of Renasant Corp. since July 1, 2007. Mr. Gregory has been a Member of Executive Management Team of Renasant Corp. since February 2007. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Capital Bancorp Inc. since 2001 and also served as its Corporate Secretary since 2003. Mr. Gregory served as Executive Vice President and Senior Leader of Capital Bank & Trust Company (Nashville, TN), a subsidiary of Capital Bancorp Inc. since 1994. He served as a Director of Capital Bank & Trust Company since 1994.

R. Rick Hart has served as an Executive Vice President of Renasant Corporation and President of the Northern Division of Renasant Bank since October, 2012. He served as the President of the Tennessee Division and Middle Tennessee Division of the Bank from July, 2007 until October, 2012. Mr. Hart also served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Capital Bank & Trust Company, in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mr. C. Mitchell Waycaster, also known as Mitch, has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Renasant Corp. since January 19, 2016. Mr. Waycaster served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Renasant Bank since January 19, 2016. Mr. Waycaster served as an Executive Vice President at Renasant Corp. since April, 2005. Mr. Waycaster served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Renasant Bank since April 2007 until January 2016. Mr. Waycaster served as the President of the Mississippi Division of Renasant Bank from January 2005 to April 2007 and served as an Executive Vice President and Director of retail Banking of Renasant Bank from 2000 to December 2004. He serves his community as a member of the CREATE Foundation board of directors, as a Board Member of the North Mississippi Medical Center, as Chairman of the Board for the North Mississippi Health Services Foundation, as a board member and Vice President of the Japan America Society of Mississippi and as a board member and President of the Yocona Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is a member of the Mississippi Bankers Association board of directors. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the National Compliance School at the University of Oklahoma and the University of Colorado. He is also a graduate of the Mid-South School of Banking at the University of Memphis and the Tennessee Commercial Lending School at Vanderbilt University. Mr. Waycaster received his Bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi.

Mr. Kevin D. Chapman has been the Chief Financial Officer at Renasant Corp. since October 2011 and has been its Executive Vice President since January 2011. Mr. Chapman has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Renasant Bank since October 2011 and January 2011 respectively. He serves on the Executive Council for Young Bankers of the Mississippi Bankers Association. He served as Executive Vice President at Renasant Corp since January and served as its Corporate Controller from May 2006 to October 2012. Mr. Chapman served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Renasant since January 2011. Mr. Chapman served as a Senior Vice President of Renasant from January, 2005 to July 2006 and also served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Chapman received his M.B.A. and B.S. in Accounting from Troy University. He is a licensed C.P.A. in the state of Alabama.

Mr. James W. Gray, also known as Jim, has been Executive Vice President of Renasant Corp. since February 2003. Mr. Grayhas been Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of Renasant Bank (formerly Peoples Bank & Trust Company)., a subsidiary of Renasant Corp. since June 2005 and October, 2012 respectively. Mr. Gray served as Strategic Planning Director of Renasant Corp. since November 2000 and also served as its Director of Investor Relations & Planning. He served as Chief Information Officer at Renasant Corp. Mr. Gray served as an Executive Vice President of Renasant Bank (formerly Peoples Bank & Trust Company)., a subsidiary of Renasant Corp. since April 1996, Strategic Planning Director since November 2000 and Chief Operations Officer from November 1998 to October 2000.

Ms. Carol Russell serves as President of the Memphis Retail Division at Renasant Corp., and its subsidiary Renasant Bank. Ms. Russell served as Senior Vice President and Manager of Private Banking Department at First American National Bank since September 1997 to March 1999. She studied at Middle Tennessee state university.

Ryan New has been Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager at Renasant Corporation since March 2017. Ryan New has more than 13 years of banking experience with 10 years focused in commercial banking.

Ms. Tracey Morant Adams has been Executive Vice President of Renasant Bank since May 2015 and its Small Business & Community Development Director since October 31, 2013 and served as its Senior Vice President. Ms. Adams most recently, served as an Executive Director in the Office of Economic Development for the City of Birmingham, where she was responsible for the City's economic development strategy and implementation. Ms. Adams is a member the Talladega College Board of Trustees, the REV Birmingham Board of Trustees and the National Association of Female Executives. She serves her community through such organizations as Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated; The Links, Incorporated; the Kiwanis Club of Birmingham, the Women's Network of Birmingham and the Women's Fund of Greater Birmingham. She received her MBA from Samford University, her BBA from the University of Montevallo and completed studies in Quantitative Economics at Temple University.
