Mr. Richard F. Betz has been the Vice President of Business Development at Resolute Energy GP LLC, the General Partner of Resolute Energy Partners, LP since September, 2007. Mr. Nicholas J. Sutton, also known as Nick, has been Executive Chairman of Resolute Energy Corporation since July 2009. Mr. Sutton has been the Chief Executive Officer of Resolute Energy GP LLC - General Partner of Resolute Energy Partners, LP. since September 2007. Mr. Sutton was the Founder of the Kerr-McGee Rocky Mountain Corporation and has been its Chief Executive Officer since 1987. He is the Co- founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Resolute Natural Resources Company, an independent energy producer headquartered in Denver, Colorado. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Resolute Energy Corporation since July 28, 2009 until December 31, 2016. Mr. Sutton was the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of HS Resources, Inc. from 1978 to August 2001, when it was acquired by Kerr-McGee Corporation. He is an Attorney and practiced with the San Francisco law firm of Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro before founding HS Resources Inc. He served as a law clerk to the Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court. He served as the Chairman of Kerr-McGee Rocky Mountain Corporation since 1987. He served as the Chairman and Director of HS Resources, Inc., since 1987. He has been a Director of Resolute Energy GP LLC - General Partner of Resolute Energy Partners, LP. since September 2007. Mr. Sutton was a Director of Kerr-McGee Rocky Mountain Corporation since 1987. He has been a Director of Resolute Energy Corporation since July 28, 2009. Mr. Sutton has also served on the boards of Colorado Oil & Gas Association and the Association Board of the San Francisco Bay Area YMCA. He served as a Director of Kerr-McGee Corp. He served as a Director of Kerr Mcgee Corp., since January 2002 to 2004. He serves as a Member of the Board of the St. Francis Memorial Hospital Foundation. He is a Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and a Member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists. He earned his Law Degree from the University of California-Hastings College of Law and his Engineering Undergraduate degree from Iowa State University. Mr. Sutton is a Graduate of Harvard Business School's Executive Education OPM Program.

Mr. James M. Piccone has been the President, Secretary and General Counsel of Resolute Energy GP LLC, a General Partner of Resolute Energy Partners, LP since September 2007. Mr. Piccone has been the President of Resolute Energy Corporation since the formation in July 28, 2009. He serves as the President of Resolute Natural Resources Southwest LLC and Resolute Northern Rockies, LLC. Mr. Piccone was co-founder of Resolute Natural Resources Company, LLC and has been its President, General Counsel and Secretary since July 2009. He is the Co-Founder of Resolute Energy Corporation and has been its President since July 2009. He served as General Counsel and Secretary of Resolute Energy Corporation since July 2009 until July 1, 2010. He served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Aspect Energy LLC, from January 2002 to January 2004. Mr. Piccone also served as a contract attorney for Aspect Energy from October 2001 to January 2002. He served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Kerr-McGee Rocky Mountain Corporation(acquired by Kerr-McGee Rocky Mountain Corporation in August 2001) from May 1995 to August 2001. He manages all legal and corporate secretarial functions of HS Resources, Inc., and has responsibility over the environmental, health and safety and insurance procurement areas. From 1984 to May 1995, Mr. Piccone served as Partner at the law firm of Davis, Graham & Stubbs where he served in various capacities including the head of Transactions Department, Practice Group Leader of the Davis, Graham & Stubbs's Energy Group. From 1980 to 1983, he served as associate of the Davis, Graham & Stubbs and from 1978 to 1980 he served as associate at the law firm of Kutak, Rock & Huie. Mr. Piccone earned his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law and his B.A. in Economics from he University of Colorado.

Mr. Michael N. Stefanoudakis has been Executive Vice President of Corporate Development/Strategy at Resolute Energy Corporation since November 2017 and has been its General Counsel and Secretary since July 1, 2010. Mr. Stefanoudakis served as an Executive Vice President at Resolute Energy Corporation from February 2017 to November 2017. Mr. Stefanoudakis has more than 15 years of legal leadership and public company legal and executive management experience to Resolute. Mr. Stefanoudakis served as Senior Vice President of Resolute Energy Corporation since July 1, 2010 until February 2017. He served as Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of StarTek, Inc. since April 2009. He served as Vice President and General Counsel of BioFuel Energy Corp. from September 2006 to April 18, 2008. He served Vice President and General Counsel of Patina Oil & Gas Corp. from April 2004 to 2005. He founded Candia Investments LLC since 2005 and has served as its President since 2005. Mr. Theodore Gazulis, also known as Ted, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Resolute Energy GP LLC., a General Partner of Resolute Energy Partners, LP since September 25, 2007. Mr. Gazulis is a Co-Founder of Resolute Energy Corporation and has been its Chief Financial Officer September 25, 2009 and has been its Executive Vice President since March 8, 2012. He has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Resolute Natural Resources Company, LLC since September 25, 2009 and serves as its Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Gazulis served as Vice President of Treasury, Capital Markets & Investor Relations and Assistant Secretary of Kerr-McGee Rocky Mountain Corporation (formerly, HS Resources, Inc.) since July 1998. He served as Executive Officer of capital formation and investor relations of Kerr-McGee Rocky Mountain Corporation since July 1998. He serves as Chief Financial Officer of Venoco, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Resolute Energy Corporation from September 25, 2009 to March 8, 2012. He also served as Treasurer of Resolute Energy Corporation. He also served as Principal Accounting Officer of Resolute Energy Corporation and also served as its Vice President of Finance from July 2009 to September 2009. Mr. Gazulis served as the Chief Financial Officer at Resolute Energy Corporation from July 2009 to September 2009. Mr. Gazulis had primary responsibility for HS Resources' capital markets activity and forinvestor relations and information technology. He serving on the Board of Directors of Contour Energy Co. Prior to joining HS Resources, Inc. in 1984, Mr. Gazulis was an exploration economist for Sohio Petroleum Company where he evaluated exploration plays, prospects and acquisitions and implemented computer financial and economic models to facilitate the economic analysis. From 1978 to 1981, he served in a similar capacity for Amoco Production Company. He is a Member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists. Mr. Gazulis received an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles Anderson Graduate School of Management and his AB from Stanford University.

Mr. Robert D. Brady Jr., also known as Bob, has been Executive Vice President of Operations at Resolute Energy Corporation since November 2017. Mr. Brady served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Resolute Energy Corporation since May 5, 2015 and served as its Vice President of Operations from June 1, 2010 to May 4, 2015. Mr. Brady joined Resolute in 2006 as Operations Manager and has been the primary manager of Resolute's Utah tertiary CO2 flood operations since then. Mr. Brady previously served as Drilling Manager and Engineer for El Paso Production Company and Medicine Bow Energy Corporation (acquired by El Paso) since February 2004 until March 2006. He served as the Vice President of Engineering and Operations of Double Eagle Petroleum Co. since April 2002 until February 2004. Prior to working for Double Eagle, Mr. Brady was Operations Manager for Prima Oil & Gas Company Since November 2000 until April 2002. Prior to working for Prima, Mr. Brady was Vice President of Engineering and Operations for Evergreen Operating Company. He has over 30 years' experience in natural gas and oil industry operations. Mr. Brady graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering in 1984. He has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 1982.

Mr. William R. Alleman has been Senior Vice President, Land and Business Development of Resolute Energy Corporation since November 2017 Mr. Alleman served as Vice President of Land at Resolute Energy Corporation since June 1, 2010. Mr. Alleman served as Resolute's Land Manager since October 1, 2008, after joining Resolute Energy as a Senior Landman in 2006. Mr. Alleman graduated from the University of Texas in 1980 with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Petroleum Land Management. Mr. Alleman is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen.

Mr. James A. Tuell has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Resolute Energy Corporation since June 1, 2010 and May 5, 2015 respectively. Mr. Tuell served as an Interim Chief Accounting Officer at Resolute Energy Corporation from December 2009 to June 1, 2010. He served as Vice President of Resolute Energy Corporation from June 1, 2010 to May 4, 2015. Mr. Tuell served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Infinity Energy Resources Inc. from March 2007 to August 2007. He served as the President of Infinity Energy Resources Inc. from June 16, 2005 to May 21, 2007, Chief Operating Officer from October 2006 to May 2007 and also served as its Chief Executive Officer from June 16, 2005 to October 2006. Mr. Tuell served as the Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Infinity Energy Resources Inc. from December 31. 2004 to March 28, 2005 and served as its Executive Vice President since March 28, 2005. Previously, he served as the Principal Financial Officer of Infinity Energy Resources Inc. from March 2007 to August 7, 2007. Mr. Tuell also served as a Senior Vice President of Exploration and Production of Infinity Energy Resources Inc. from June 2004 to March 28, 2005 and also served as President of its subsidiary Infinity Oil and Gas of Wyoming Inc. from February 1, 2004 to June 2004. Prior to joining Infinity Inc., Mr. Tuell owned and operated an accounting and finance consultancy which served Infinity and numerous other independent energy companies from November 2001 to February 2004. From 1996 to July 2001, Mr. Tuell served as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Basin Exploration, Inc. From 1994 to 1996, he served as Vice President and Controller of Gerrity Oil & Gas Corporation. Mr. Tuell was employed by the independent accounting firm of Price Waterhouse from 1981 to 1994 and served as a Senior Audit Manager. He served as a Director of Infinity Energy Resources Inc. from April 1, 2005 to May 21, 2007. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Denver and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Douglas K. Dietrich has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Resolute Energy Corporation since at November 2017. Mr. Dietrich was Vice President ' Permian Basin Business Unit Manger from February 2015 until November 2017 and Permian Basin Business Unit Manager from November 2012 through January 2015. He started with Resolute in November 2011 as the Manager of Permian Operations, the same year the company entered the Permian. Mr. Dietrich previously served as Engineering Manager for J. Cleo Thompson Oil Producers, a privately held corporation with operating assets across the Permian Basin, from 2003 to 2011. While at Thompson Petroleum, he was instrumental in the early development of Barilla Draw, which is generally considered as the predecessor to the Delaware Basin Wolfcamp and Bone Spring resource plays where Resolute is currently focused. Prior to 2003, Mr. Dietrich was employed with Anadarko from 1998 through 2003 and Conoco from 1990 through 1998. He has over 28 years of Experience in the oil and gas industry all in the Permian Basin. He graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in 1989 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Dietrich is a licensed Professional Engineer registered in the State of Texas.
