Mr. Ryan Rhodes has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Restoration Robotics, Inc. since July 2016. Mr. Rhodes has over 25 years' experience in marketing, sales and leadership in the medical device industry. Prior to joining Restoration Robotics, he spent over 13 years at Intuitive Surgical Inc., the market leader in surgical robotics. While at Intuitive, he held several positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice-President of World-Wide Clinical Marketing, Sr. Director of World-Wide Marketing and Director of Marketing. Mr. Rhodes was a key architect of the company's procedure market focus and development efforts, including the successful launch of the global Urology franchise. Prior to Intuitive Surgical, he spent over 11 years in various management positions in sales, marketing, professional education and market development at Ethicon Inc., a Johnson & Johnson Company. He has been a Director of Restoration Robotics, Inc. since July 2016. Mr. Rhodes holds a B.A. in Public Administration from San Diego State University.

Ms. Charlotte Holland served as the Chief Financial Officer at Restoration Robotics, Inc since January 2016 ands served as its Vice President of Finance and Administration until December 31, 2017. Ms. Holland joined Restoration Robotics in December 2011. She has over 25 years of leadership experience from several high-tech industries including software, capital equipment and medical device. Prior to joining Restoration Robotics, she served in multiple management positions at Therma-Wave (a semiconductor capital equipment manufacturer), EndoGastric Solutions (a medical devices manufacturer), and N.E.T (a telecommunication capital equipment manufacturer). She became a C.P.A. while working at KPMG. Ms. Holland received a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University.

Dr. Gabriele Zingaretti, also known as Gabe, Dott.Ing. has been the Chief Operations Officer at Restoration Robotics, Inc. since February 2016. He joined Restoration Robotics in 2008 as Senior Software Engineer. He led software development for the ARTAS System and the creation of the successful ARTAS physician training program. Prior to Restoration Robotics, he developed advanced algorithms for detecting breast cancer at R2 Technology. He also worked as Software Architect for Thermo Fisher Scientific in the Proteomics group. He is also a Member of Medical Advisory Board of Restoration Robotics, Inc. Dr. Zingaretti received his Doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from University of Rome and participated in a two-year postdoctoral research fellowship at the Obesity Research Center at Columbia University. Mr. Zingaretti received his bachelor's degree from ITC Antonio Pacinotti in Pisa, Italy.

Chris Aronson serves as the Vice President of Sales of Restoration Robotics. Chris started at Restoration Robotics in February of 2018. Chris currently resides in Greater New York City Area.

Greg Anderson serves as the Vice President of Market Development of Restoration Robotics. Greg started at Restoration Robotics in September of 2017. Greg currently resides in Orange County, California Area.

Mark Hair serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Restoration Robotics. Mark started at Restoration Robotics in January of 2018. Mark currently resides in San Francisco Bay Area.
