The culture in the various offices needs to be fixed. RDS treats sales people like royalty and techs like mindless drones - and they will hire mindless drones, so be prepared to do other people's work for them, or be called lazy. Instead of hiring people with big hearts and no talent at $9-$10/hr, try hiring smart people with computer knowledge who can actually do their job.
