Mr. Stuart A. Tanz has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Retail Opportunity Investments GP LLC - General Partner of Retail Opportunity Investments Partnership, LP since 2009. Mr. Tanz has been the Chief Executive Officer and the President of Retail Opportunity Investments Corp., since 2009. He is the Founder of United Income Properties and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He has more than 25 years of outstanding and highly-productive experience in real estate investment and development. Using his expertise and well-developed management skills, he grew his predecessor company, Pan Pacific Retail Properties, Inc. (PPRP) from a small, closely-held private investment company into the West Coast's premier publicly-held Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with assets exceeding $4 billion. He served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President at Pan Pacific Retail Properties Inc. since inception as a public company in August 1997. Previously, Mr. Tanz served as Chief Executive Officer of Revenue Properties (U.S.) Inc. from May 1996 to August 1997 and as its President from April 1992 to August 1997. From 1992 to August 1997, he also served in various executive capacities of Revenue Properties (U.S.) Inc.'s parent company and subsidiary entities. From 1985 to 1992, he served as President of United Income Properties, Inc., where he developed property in Southern California. He was responsible for land acquisitions for Bramalea Ltd. from 1982 to 1985. He serves as Director of Retail Opportunity Investments GP LLC. He serves as Trustee at Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute. He has been a Director of Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. since 2009 (formerly NRDC Acquisition Corp.). He served as a Director since PPRP's inception as a public company in August 1997. He served as Director at Grubb & Ellis Company. Mr. Tanz received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Michael B. Haines serves as Chief Financial Officer of Retail Opportunity Investments GP LLC. Mr. Haines has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary of Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. since December 1, 2012 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Haines serves as Chief Financial Officer of ROIC BHP LLC. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hopkins Real Estate Group. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Pan Pacific Retail Properties Inc. and served as its Vice President of Corporate Accounting from September 1997 to 2005 and Vice President of Finance since 2005. He worked with Pan Pacific for twelve years, where he joined in 1997. He served with The Hahn Company for five years, a regional mall developer/owner, where he served as Director of Internal Audit. His professional memberships include American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants and International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Haines holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Mr. Richard K. Schoebel, also known as Rich, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Retail Opportunity Investments Corp., November 17, 2011. Mr. Schoebel serves as Chief Operating Officer of United Income Properties. Prior to joining UIP, he served as the Vice President, Operations for Pan Pacific Retail Properties (???PPRP???). During his 12 years with PPRP, Mr. Schoebel held various positions, where he was responsible for the property management, leasing and acquisition/disposition of more then 50 shopping centers comprised of approximately nine million sq. ft. of retail in Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Kentucky, Tennessee and Connecticut. While with PPRP, Mr. Schoebel was an integral member of the $400 million initial public offering for PPRP and numerous acquisition and disposition teams. He also contributed to the mergers between PPRP and Western Properties Trust and Center Trust. Prior to joining PPRP, he was employed by Kelvin Realty and Salsbury Properties in Hartford, Connecticut. He is a member of ICSC. Mr. Schoebel holds a Bachelor's Degree, cum laude, in Management with a Minor in Applied Computer Science from Keene State College, Keene, New Hampshire.

Ms. Laurie A. Sneve, CPA serves as the Chief Accounting Officer of Retail Opportunity Investments GP LLC. Ms. Sneve has been Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Retail Opportunity Investments Corp., since January 3, 2013. Prior to joining the Company, she was the Chief Financial Officer at Coreland Companies, Inc. Ms. Sneve has over 20 years of commercial real estate financial and accounting experience. From 1995 to 2006, she served in various senior accounting roles at Pan Pacific Retail Properties Inc. Ms. Sneve served as Vice President and Controller of Pan Pacific Retail Properties Inc. responsible for all corporate and property accounting, financial and tax reporting and management controls. She was the Vice President and Controller of Revenue Properties (U.S.) Inc. She served as Controller and Director of Accounting at Hahn Properties Pty Ltd (alternate name, The Hahn Company), where she held various positions between 1988 and 1995. Ms. Sneve became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant during her tenure with Arthur Andersen & Company as a Senior Audit from 1985 to 1988 in both the Philadelphia and San Diego offices. She is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Sneve holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

Richard Schoebel serves as the COO for Retail Opportunity Investments Corp.. Richard started at Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. in December of 2009. Richard is based in the Greater New York City Area.
