Ms. Elizabeth E. Reed, J.D., has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Retrophin, Inc. since January 4, 2017. Ms. Reed is responsible for overseeing the Company's general legal, intellectual property, government affairs and corporate compliance functions, reporting to chief executive officer Stephen Aselage. She served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Celladon Corporation since June 9, 2014. Ms. Reed served as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel at Anadys Pharmaceuticals Inc. since August 2009. She has more than 15 years of legal and biopharmaceutical industry experience. Ms. Reed served as Vice President of Legal Affairs at Anadys Pharmaceuticals Inc. from December 2006 to August 2009 and its Secretary since January 2002. She served as Senior Director of Legal Affairs of Anadys Pharmaceuticals Inc. from December 2002 to December 2006 and served as the Director of Legal Affairs from October 2001 to December 2002. Prior to joining Anadys Pharmaceuticals Inc., Ms. Reed was associated with the law firm of Cooley Godward LLP from 1998 to 2001. Prior to Cooley Godward, Ms. Reed was associated with the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP. She has been cultivated over a 20-year career at emerging biopharmaceutical companies and leading law firms. She is a Member of the State Bar of California. Ms. Reed holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Neil F. Mcfarlane has been Chief Operating Officer at Retrophin, Inc. since August 15, 2016. Mr. Mcfarlane served as Vice President of Immunology Business Unit at UCB, Inc. and was responsible for the Global Bone Business in collaboration with Amgen. He has significant experience to Retrophin, having held positions of increasing responsibility at leading biopharmaceutical companies, including UCB and Sanofi Genzyme. Mr. McFarlane also served as General Manager of Immunology during his tenure at UCB. This was preceded by roles as vice president of International Transplant and as vice president of Europe Transplant while at Genzyme. Mr. McFarlane served as an officer and enlisted soldier in the United States Army Reserves. Mr. McFarlane received his Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida.

Bill Rote serves as the Sr. VP, Research & Development for Retrophin. Bill started at Retrophin in February of 2017. Bill is based in the Greater San Diego Area.

Ulysses Diva serves as the Executive Director, Biometrics for Retrophin. Ulysses started at Retrophin in January of 2018. Ulysses is based in the Greater San Diego Area.

Kale Ruby serves as the Executive Director, Develoment CMC for Retrophin. Kale started at Retrophin in April of 2017. Kale is based in the Greater San Diego Area.

Karl Odquist serves as the Executive Director: Trade & Market Access for Retrophin. Karl started at Retrophin in July of 2014. Karl is based in the Greater San Diego Area.

Michael Karol serves as the Executive Director, Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics for Retrophin. Michael started at Retrophin in July of 2017. Michael is based in the Greater Boston Area.

Forrest Fuller serves as the Executive Director Business Development for Retrophin. Forrest started at Retrophin in December of 2017. Forrest is based in the Greater San Diego Area.
