Mr. Kenneth C. Cook, also Known as Ken, serves as Vice Chairman, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-President at Revere Bank. He served as an Executive Officer at Mercantile Bankshares Corp. Mr. Cook serves as Treasurer of the Montgomery College Foundation. His banking career spans over 27 years of serving businesses and individuals throughout the Greater Washington region. Mr. Cook served as Regional President, Suburban Washington for PNC Bank, where he led a major transition during and after PNC Bank's acquisition of Mercantile Bankshares Corporation in 2007. Mr. Cook served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercantile Potomac Bank from 1994 to 2007. He joined Mercantile Potomac Bank (formerly Potomac Valley Bank) in 1989 as Vice President of Commercial Lending and served as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Cook began his banking career in bank operations with Provident Bank of Maryland and later joined First National Bank of Maryland as a Commercial Banking Executive, Credit Officer and Marketing Officer. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Hospice Caring, Inc. Mr. Cook served as Chairman of the Montgomery County Executive's Economic Advisory Council, where he conducted roundtable discussions with business leaders and advised the County Executive on topics such as economic development, housing and county budgeting. He has also been a member of the Maryland Bankers Association board, where he was instrumental in influencing state and local legislation. Mr. Cook was a Director of Mercantile Safe Deposit & Trust Company, Mercantile Potomac Bank's parent company from 2005 to 2007. He was a Director of Montgomery College Foundation for 11 years. Mr. Cook holds an MBA from Loyola College, Baltimore, MD and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson University where he graduated magna cum laude.

Mr. Kenneth Williams, also known as Ken, serves as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager at Revere Bank. Mr. Williams served as a Vice President and Commercial Banker for OBA Bank. Mr. Williams served as Vice President-Business Development and Commercial Banker for BUCS Federal Bank in Columbia, Maryland from 2002 to 2007. Prior to BUCS Federal, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Howard County of Chamber of Commerce, Howard County, Maryland from 1999 to 2002; and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce, Geneva, New York from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Williams also served positions with Geneva Growth, Geneva, New York and Martha's Vineyard Chamber of Commerce, Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts. He is also a graduate of Leadership Howard County in 2000 and serves as Board Chairperson and Board Member of Maryland Works, Columbia, Maryland. Mr. Williams is Board President of Camp Attaway, Columbia, Maryland and he is a member of the economic development committee of the West County Chamber of Commerce, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Mr. Williams graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Mr. Williams is a graduate of the Maryland School of Banking; the ABA Commercial Lending School; and the Institute for Organization Management, US Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Mary Pat Fleming serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Operations Officer at Revere Bank. Ms. Fleming has over 30 years of progressive banking and management experience. Ms. Fleming worked at Mercantile Potomac Bank of Gaithersburg, Maryland where she held the position of Finance Division Manager and Chief Administrative Officer. Her responsibilities included risk management, human resources, facilities, strategic planning, compliance, Bank Secrecy Act Officer, security, loan servicing and finance. Ms. Fleming graduated from Radford College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Mr. Emil D. Keller serves as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager at Revere Bank. Mr. Keller has been Vice President of Commercial Banking of CFG Community Bank, Towson Branch since September 2007. He is an experienced commercial banker whose career spans over 23 years. Mr. Keller was Senior Vice President at CFG Community Bank where he managed a commercial loan group as well as two branch offices during his tenure. He also worked for Provident Bank as a Vice President/Commercial Relationship Manager and Equitable Bank (Maryland National Bank) as Assistant Vice President/Commercial Relationship Manager. Mr. Rick Woo serves as Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer at Revere Bank. Mr. Woo focuses his business development efforts in the bank's greater Baltimore-Washington market. Mr. Woo has over 20 years of banking experience in the Washington, D.C. area. He served as Senior Vice President/Relationship Manager with PNC Bank, Gaithersburg, MD. Mr. Woo's banking career began with the Office of Thrift Supervision and he served business development positions with a number of local banks, including Bank of America, SunTrust Bank, Wells Fargo (formerly Wachovia Bank) and Columbo Bank prior to joining Revere Bank. Mr. Woo holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Mr. Jack Green serves as the Senior Vice President and Market Executive at Revere Bank. Mr. Green has been in banking for over 30 years, with the last 22 years focused in commercial banking and business development in the Washington Metropolitan area. He has been instrumental in developing a strong market presence for numerous financial institutions in Montgomery County, MD. Mr. Green began his career with Farmer & Mechanics National Bank in Frederick, MD in 1980 and was with Mercantile Potomac Bank and PNC Bank in Gaithersburg, MD. Mr. Michael A. Schonfeld serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer of Revere Bank. Mr. Schonfeld served as Senior Vice President and Chief Business Banking Officer of BankAnnapolis at Annapolis BanCorp. Inc., from 2008 to January 3, 2012. Previously, Mr. Schonfeld served at Hopkins Federal Savings Bank from 1996 to 2010, where he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. Mr. Schonfeld was a Senior Executive at Taneytown Bank & Trust Company. Mr. Schonfeld served as Commercial Real Estate Officer for Bank Annapolis, Annapolis, MD, where he was responsible for all business development efforts of the bank. Mr. Schonfeld's banking career spans over 27 years. In 1985 , he began his career at First National Bank of Maryland. Mr. Andrew F. Flott, also known as Drew, serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-President at Revere Bank. Mr. Flott served as Chief Executive Officer at Revere Bank. He is seasoned banker with over 29 years of community banking experience. He spent nine years as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of Mercantile Potomac Bank of Gaithersburg, Maryland. Mr. Flott has also served as an executive officer of the Bank of Northern Virginia, Maryland Permanent Bank and First Interstate Bank of Washington, DC. Prior to commencing his career in banking, Mr. Flott worked for the United States Treasury Department. Mr. Flott was President of the Kiwanis Club of Bethesda and the Bethesda Kiwanis Foundation. Mr. John M. Bruning serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Deposit Officer at Revere Bank. Mr. Bruning has an extensive banking career that spans over 35 years. Mr. Bruning served at Mercantile Potomac Bank of Gaithersburg, Maryland where he was Senior Vice President and Branch Operations Director in which he supervised a network of 32 branches. Ms. Theresa Fodel serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Revere Bank. Ms. Fodel has over 26 years of banking experience and served as of Vice President/Commercial Banking with OBA Bank. Prior to OBA Bank, she was Vice President at both Bay National Bank and The Columbia Bank. Ms. Fodel is a Leadership Howard County graduate (2005) and served on the Family and Children Services Advisory Board for Howard County. She serves on the board of the Soccer Association of Columbia and is a founding, charter member of the Clarksville Rotary Club. Ms. Fodel is also very active with the Atholton High School Athletic Boosters.
