Mr. Brent Robert Rystrom has been Chief Financial Officer at RiceBran Technologies since March 8, 2017 and also serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Rystrom served as the Director of Equity Research at Feltl and Company, Research Division since 2009. While at Feltl, he managed the firm's research, institutional sales and trading departments while providing research coverage on consumer products, retail and agriculture companies ranging from micro to large capitalization. Mr. Rystrom has over 25 years of business finance experience, including over 20 years of service as a Director of Research and Senior Financial Analyst for several prominent investment banking firms, including Piper Jaffray and Feltl & Company. Previously, he was employed at Piper Jaffray Companies, Research Division from 1993 to 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Rystrom served as an Analyst at John G Kinnard & Co., Research Division. He served on the Customer Advisory Board of AgStar from 2011 to 2015. He left the industry in 2004 and built a family-owned farming and forestry company. While at Piper Jaffray, his coverage ranked among Piper Jaffray top 10% for institutional votes, revenues and outside ranking services. He was named a Wall Street Journal ???Best on the Street???, Starmine ???Top Stock Picker??? and ???Top 10??? Retailing Industry Analyst from Reuter's. His most prominent coverage included Best Buy, Dollar Tree Stores, Family Dollar Stores, Guitar Center, Michael Stores, Polaris Industries, Regis, Sports Authority and Tractor Supply. Mr. Rystrom holds Degree in Business and Finance from the University of St. Thomas in 1987.

Mr. Jerry Dale Belt, CPA, serves as the Managing Director at Sierra Consulting Group, LLC. Mr. Belt has been Executive Vice President of Special Projects at RiceBran Technologies (alternate name: NutraCea) since March 8, 2017 and has been its Secretary since December 2011. He has over 30 years experience in finance and accounting in both the private and public sectors. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of RiceBran Technologies since June 15, 2010 until March 8, 2017. He served as a Financial Advisor to NutraCea since November 2009. Early in his career, he spent six years at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)). Following, he spent over 15 years in the private sector having held various senior management positions including Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and President with diverse organizations. Mr. Belt's extensive industry experience includes among others wholesale/retail food manufacturing and beverage marketing and distribution. In 1999, he began his restructuring practice with PwC where he served as a consultant to numerous companies ranging from startups to large multinationals. Prior to joining Sierra Consulting in 2008, he served with FTI Consulting, Inc. for six years. He is a Certified Public Accountant registered in both Arizona and Kentucky, a Certified Turnaround Professional and a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor. Mr. Belt holds B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

Mr. Michael Goose has been President of Ingredient Sales and Marketing at RiceBran Technologies since July 2016. Mr. Goose served as President of Ingredient Sales at RiceBran Technologies. Mr. Goose is a beneficial owner at RiceBran Technologies. From December 2015 to July 2016, he served as a managing member of LF-RB Management, LLC. From January 2015 to November 2015, he served as Managing Director of H2O Venture Capital. From 2002 to 2014, he held numerous positions at Hain Celestial Group, Inc., where he was involved in a wide variety of industry leading categories including snacks, meat alternatives, packaged produce, crackers, kosher and poultry. Prior to his departure from Hain Celestial Group, Inc. he was a Director of Marketing for Strategic Brands, where he was responsible for annual sales and marketing strategies of 12 brands. Mr. Goose also served as General Manager and Director of Marketing & Sales of the Kosher Valley poultry company, a joint venture between Hain Celestial Group, Inc. and Pegasus Capital. Mr. Goose holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dalhousie University with a focus in Economics.

Kevin Mosley serves as the Sr. Vice President Sales of RiceBran Technologies. Kevin started at RiceBran Technologies in August of 2017. Kevin is currently based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

Cherie Pollak serves as the Vice President Compliance, Regulatory and External Affairs of RiceBran Technologies. Cherie started at RiceBran Technologies in July of 2016. Cherie is currently based in the Phoenix, Arizona Area.
