Mr. Robert L. Edwards, Jr., also known as Rob, is a Partner at Ridgemont Equity Partners. He is responsible for the group's investment activity in the basic industries and financial services sectors. Mr. Edwards served as a Managing Director of BAML Capital Partners. Prior to joining Banc of America Capital Investors in 1997, he was a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company Inc., a Vice President at Allied Capital Corporation, and an investment banker at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. Mr. Edwards also served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Maxtor Corporation. Prior to joining Maxtor, he was an Officer at Imation Corporation, where Mr. Edwards held the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer. He serves on the Board of Directors of Transportation Insight, The Cook & Boardman Group, Aurora Parts & Accessories, and J.A.M. Distributing Company. He is a Board Observer at Aeolus L.P. Mr. Edwards was a Director of Flexsol Packaging Corp. of Pompano Beach since November 1999 and Flextronics International Ltd. since October 13, 2008. He served as a Director of Republic Companies Group Inc. and of Optical Resources Group Inc. from June 1998 to March 2000. Mr. Edwards received an M.B.A. from Harvard University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with Highest Distinction and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. John A. Shimp is a Partner at Ridgemont Equity Partners. Mr. Shimp was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Americas at North Cove Partners (formerly BAML Capital Partners), which he joined in 2000 and focused on energy, consumer and retail, industrial, and service businesses. Prior to joining Banc of America Capital Investors in 2000, Mr. Shimp has spent four years as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company where he advised clients in the energy, financial services, business services, chemicals, and manufacturing industries. He was a Submarine Officer in the United States Navy. Mr. Shimp serves as a Director of Eurofresh, Inc., Abrasive Products & Equipment , Unitex Oil and Gas, M3/ M4 Midstream, M2 Midstream, Titan River Energy, Aurora Parts & Accessories, Indigo Minerals, Momentum Energy Group, and Fleetpride. He serves on the Advisory Board of Bass Pro Group and is a Board Observer of Beacon E&P Company, LLC. He served on the Board of Boston Proper, Inc., Banks Broadcasting, LLC, WorldStrides, LLC. He has also has extensive experience in basic industries investing and is involved in those efforts. Mr. Shimp holds an M.B.A. from Duke's Fuqua School of Business and an A.B. in Chemistry and Political Science at Duke University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. George E. Morgan, III, is a Partner at Ridgemont Equity Partners. He is primarily responsible for the group's investment activity in telecommunications, media, and technology. He served as a Managing Director at BAML Capital Partners. Mr. Morgan joined Bank of America Capital Investors in 1998 and focused his investment activities on growth and buyout financings in the media and telecommunications industries and was part of the mergers and acquisition group. He served as a Partner at Banc of America Capital Investors, L.P. prior to merger with NationsBank Capital Investors. Mr. Morgan served at Banc of America Securities, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions in the media and telecommunications industry group. Prior to Banc of America Securities, Mr. Morgan worked on public and private equity offerings and served as a Portfolio Manager for both equity and fixed income fund. He serves as a Director of Cross River Fiber, Simpleview, Unite Private Networks, Lightower, Legendary Pictures, LLC, and Veroxity. Mr. Morgan served as a Director of Carolina BroadBand, Inc., Cavalier Telephone LLC, and Integra Telecom Inc. until December 2009. He served as a Director of Metropcs Communications Inc., from December 14, 2004 to March 2005. and MetroPCS Inc., since December 14, 2004. Mr. Morgan served as a Director of Prairie Wave Communications Inc., The ServiceMaster Company, and Pathfire, Inc. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. in Economics from Westminster College.

Ms. Cay Freihofer serves as a Principal at Ridgemont Equity Partners. Ms. Freihofer primarily focuses on Ridgemont's investment activity in energy. Previously, she was a Vice President at the firm. Prior to joining Banc of America Capital Investors and related entities, in 2008, she was an Associate in the Oil & Gas Investment Banking Group at JPMorgan. Her work there focused on transactions with companies that operated across the oil and gas value chain. She serves as a Director of Thunder Basin Resources, LLC, Unitex Oil and Gas and Pintail Oil and Gas and is a board observer of Indigo Minerals and M3 Midstream. Ms. Freihofer holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Economics and she graduated summa cum laude and class valedictorian from Boston University School of Management.

Mr. Matt Ibbetson is a Principal at Ridgemont Equity Partners since January 2018. His industry focus is on operations. He has prior experience at Lear Corporation, McKinsey & Company, and United States Navy. He earned his MBA from University of California Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from United States Naval Academy.

Mr. Kurt D. Leedy, CFA, has been a Principal of Ridgemont Equity Partners since February 5, 2014. Mr. Leedy focuses on investments in telecommunications, technology, and media. Mr. Leedy served as a Vice President at Ridgemont. Mr. Leedy served as a Senior Associate at North Cove Partners. He focused on broad range of industries, with a particular emphasis on communications, technology and media. He joined Banc of America Capital Investors, L.P., (BACI) in 2005 and served as its Associate and was responsible for investments in the communications, technology, and media sectors. Prior to joining BACI, he served as a Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company. His work there involved cases in the retail and aerospace and defense industries in both the United States and Mexico. Mr. Leedy serves on the Board of Directors of Unite Private Networks, LLC, Cross River Fiber, Simpleview, Inc., and AccentHealth, LLC. He serves as a Board Observer of Veroxity. He is fluent in Spanish. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. Mr. Leedy received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar and graduated with Honors. He received a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Spanish, with highest honors, from the University of Texas and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Donald L. Harrison, Jr., also known as Donny, is a Partner at Ridgemont Equity Partners. He is involved in origination and capital markets. He is primarily responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, as well as the group's relationships with its intermediaries and financing sources. Mr. Harrison was a Managing Director at BAML Capital Partners and was responsible for business development, as well as the group's relationships with its advisory and financing partners. He joined the firm in October 2002 and focused on marketing and origination of new investment activity for Capital Investors. Mr. Harrison was responsible for BACI's business development efforts, as well as the group's relationships with its advisory and financing partners. He joined the former NCNB Corporation in 1988 and served for four years as a Client Manager covering corporate accounts in the state of Ohio. Previously, he was at Banc of America Securities, where Mr. Harrison was responsible for client coverage of several key financial sponsor relationships. He served in a variety of roles in Bank of America's Global Corporate and Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining the BAS Financial Sponsor Group in April of 1997, Mr. Harrison had responsibility for the bank's Technology Corporate Finance Group. In 1992, he assumed responsibility for the Dallas Corporate Finance Group. Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Harrison was at Chemical Bank, where he served as a Client Manager for Large Corporate Accounts in the Southwest. Mr. Harrison holds an M.B.A. and a B.B.A. from Ohio University.

Mr. Robert H. Sheridan, III, also known as Trey, is a Partner of Ridgemont Equity Partners. Mr. Sheridan focuses on the firm's strategic initiatives and is primarily responsible for the group's investment activity in the media, telecommunications, technology and financial services sectors. He was a Founding Partner and served as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Americas at North Cove Partners (previously BAML Capital Partners). He was Founder at Banc of America Capital Investors and related entities. Mr. Sheridan was a Founding Partner of BACI in 1993. He oversaw its investment activities in retail, media, entertainment and financial services. Along with principal investing, Mr. Sheridan has originated, structured and managed transactions for middle market companies. Over the past several years, he has spent the majority of his time evaluating and investing in media companies primarily in radio and television broadcasting, cable and publishing. Prior to the founding of BACI in 1993, Mr. Sheridan was on the corporate finance team at the former NCNB Corporation. He also spent two years in the investment banking and capital markets group at PaineWebber, Inc. He has spent several years in corporate banking with Bank of America. He was employed by UBS Wealth Management USA. He serves as Director of AccentHealth, LLC, Simpleview, Unite Private Networks and Swett & Crawford Group and manages the group's investment in Univision Communications. Mr. Sheridan has been a Director of Cumulus Media Partners, LLC since July 1998. He serves as a Board Observer at Swett & Crawford Group, Inc. and Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford. Mr. Sheridan served as a Director of Cumulus Media Inc. since July 1998 until May 14, 2015. Mr. Sheridan served on the Board of Jackson Paper Manufacturing Corporation and Mattress Giant Holding Corporation. Mr. Sheridan served as a Director of Republic Companies, Inc. from August 2003 to December 2006. Mr. Sheridan has experience in business services, consumer products, communication services and information technology. Mr. Sheridan holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Edward A. Balogh, Jr., also known as Ed, CPA, is the Chief Operating Officer at Ridgemont Equity Partners. Mr. Balogh manages the finance, portfolio administration, and operational matters of the group. He also performs tax and accounting due diligence on potential transactions and assists portfolio companies on various strategic projects. Mr. Balogh was also the Chief Operating Officer at North Cove Partners. Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Banc of America Capital Investors, where Mr. Balogh had joined in 1998. Previously, he has spent three years in Bank of America's Finance department, where Mr. Balogh was the Controller for several corporate finance divisions. Prior to this, he was employed at Price Waterhouse LLC, where Mr. Balogh focused on advising clients on accounting and SEC reporting requirements, and merger and acquisitions due diligence. He was a Director of VisionAIR, Inc. Mr. Balogh is a C.P.A. and received his B.S. in Accounting from Wake Forest University.
