Change out old leadership and value their people more

Rightpoint has had exponential growth since founding in 2008 - this comes with some inherent challenges. During my short tenure with Rightpoint (6 months), I have felt that leadership is working on the right things. Peers are respectful and inclusive and there is a chance to be heard (good or bad).
