Mr. Steven E. Pickett, also known as Steve, has been Chief Executive Officer and President of RigNet, Inc. since May 31, 2016. Mr. Pickett served as the Chief Executive Officer of Westower Communications Inc. from 2013 to 2015. He served as chief executive officer and president of 21stCentury Towers. Prior to joining WesTower, Mr. Pickett served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Telmar Network Technology, Inc. from 2008 to 2013. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of Telmar Network Technology from March 3, 2007 to July 2008. Before joining Telmar, Mr. Pickett was the Senior Vice President/General Manager of the Optical Network Division at Alcatel-Lucent. He also served as Vice President of Sales at Alcatel responsible for managing relationships with Alcatel North America customers, including AT&T. Mr. Pickett served as Chief Executive Officer and President of TEL-NT Brasil Com???rcio de Equipamentos de Telecomunica??????es Ltda. He serves as Director at RigNet, Inc. since June 2, 2016. He serves as Director at Q Factor Communications Corp. He is the Chairman for QuEST Forum in 2014. At QuEST Forum, Mr. Pickett is helping lead global initiatives to improve safety, sustainability and quality in the ICT industry. He serves as chair emeritus at QuEST Forum. Mr. Pickett was elected to the QuEST Forum Board since 2010 and was its Vice-chairman since 2013. Mr. Pickett holds a B.S.E.E. from Tufts University and an MBA from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Jay T. Hilbert serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of RigNet, Inc. and served as its Senior Vice President of Sales since November 7, 2016 and served as its Chief Sales Officer since November 7, 2016 until November 17, 2016. Mr. Hilbert served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Airvana, Inc. He has more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry and a proven record of success from ADC Telecommunications and Alcatel. Mr. Hilbert served as Head of Global Sales and Business Development at Airvana, Inc. since January 15, 2015 and is responsible for developing and expanding relationships with mobile network operators, distribution channel partners and enterprises. Mr. Hilbert served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Telmar Network Technology, Inc. Mr. Hilbert served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales of Spirent Communications PLC since June 2006. Mr. Hilbert served as Consultant of Somera Communications Inc. since January 2006 and served as its Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing from February 2005 to January 24, 2006. Mr. Hilbert served as President of SMS Consulting Services from November 2003 to January 2005. He served sales and business management positions with both large public companies and small private start-ups. Mr. Hilbert served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Service at Cambium Networks, where he was responsible for bringing in five of the world's top ten global wireless services providers as customers and driving double-digit revenue growth. From October 2002 to October 7, 2003, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing and Customer Service at ADC Telecommunications Inc. Mr. Hilbert served in numerous positions for 17-years at Alcatel/DSC Communications, a global data and telecommunications equipment manufacturer. At Alcatel-Lucent Holdings Inc. (formerly DSC Communications) from May 2000 to October 2002, he served as Group Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Vice President North American Telco Sales from January 1997 to April 2000. He served as Vice President of the Broadband, Internet and International Access Products divisions of Alcatel-Lucent Holdings Inc. (formerly Alcatel, USA). Mr. Hilbert served with Alcatel USA since 1985. Mr. Hilbert served as a Member of Advisory Board of Somera Communications Inc., since February 2005 until January 24, 2006. He served as a Member of Advisory Board of GenBand Inc. (formerly General Bandwidth Inc. and GENBAND US LLC). He serves on the Technical Advisory Boards of Reflect Systems and Positron Access Solutions Inc. Mr. Hilbert holds a B.S. in Engineering Management from the University of North Dakota.

Mr. Edward Traupman, also known as Ed, has been Vice President of System Integration & Automation at RigNet, Inc. since joining in November 7, 2016. Mr. Traupman served as Vice President of Extended Life, Wireless & Professional Services and General Manager of Extended Life, Wireless & Professional Services at Telmar Network Technology, Inc. from January 2007 to February 2016. He served as Vice President of Extended Life, Commnet Supply and North America Services at Telmar Network Technology, Inc. He heads Telmar's Extended Life business unit and responsible for the manufacturing, R&D and technical support of products Telmar has acquired from other OEMs. He oversees Telmar's CTAC organization, which provides 24/7 customer support for both Telmar-owned and third-party products and is Vice President of Telmar's wireless subsidiary, Commnet Supply. He has also served in various management positions with companies such as Carrius Technologies, Rapid5 Networks and DSC Communications. He has 30 years of telecommunications industry experience, holding numerous technical and managerial positions at DSC Communications, Alcatel USA and Rapid5 Networks before joining Telmar. Mr. Traupman has a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Master's Degree in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Brad Eastman has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel at RigNet, Inc. since October 30, 2017. Mr. Eastman has more than 25 years of legal experience focused on providing corporate, securities and general legal advice to public companies with operations across the globe. He served as General Counsel and Secretary at Cameron International Corporation. Mr. Eastman served as Chief Administrative Officer of ION Geophysical Corporation (formerly Input Output Inc.) since January 2003 until February 2004, Vice President and General Counsel from October 2001 to February 2004 and Secretary from July 2001 to February 2004. His duties encompass the traditional roles of Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. He resigned from Input Output Inc. on February 2004. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Western District of Texas and served as an associate of Sullivan & Cromwell. He joined the law firm of Brobeck, Phelger & Harrison in Austin, Texas. Prior to joining I/O, Mr. Eastman held a variety of positions at Quanta Services, Inc., and served as its Vice President, Secretary, General Counsel and Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. Before joining Quanta Services in 1998, Mr. Eastman was an attorney with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP where his practice focused on companies in technology industries. Mr. Eastman received his J.D. from Harvard University, cum laude and B.A. from University of Texas, Liberal Arts Honors Program (Plan II), where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
