
I get paid not much more that a cashier gets paid and I am a full time shift supervisor. I am over worked and most definitely under paid.
They don't pay fairly for beginning management. And they don't make people full time because of lack of hours in the store so no benefits.
The workers get paid lousy while the top guys get over compensated for running the company under. Cut their pay and give it to us.
never appreciated. i give 150% daily and if i drop just a little but still stay above 100% i'm hunted down and warned. crossed trained
I work as a pharmacy tech, and make slightly above minimum wage..increase pay, and have phatmacists do more of what they should be doing
I was fired from Rite Aid right before my 10 year anniversary..starting out with Brooks..I think they are horrible, not like Brooks..:{
