I get paid not much more that a cashier gets paid and I am a full time shift supervisor. I am over worked and most definitely under paid.

They don't pay fairly for beginning management. And they don't make people full time because of lack of hours in the store so no benefits.

I work as a pharmacy tech, and make slightly above minimum wage..increase pay, and have phatmacists do more of what they should be doing

I was fired from Rite Aid right before my 10 year anniversary..starting out with Brooks..I think they are horrible, not like Brooks..:{

I think if they raise up a little bit more the money everyone will be happy

Other same type companies pay substantially more. Rite aid should pay the same.

Stock options are non existent, and medical benefits have gotten progressively worse.
