
Supervisors work well as team. Mgr thinks they're part of the team but acts like they far above the rest, although we're all "mgmt team".
In the two years I worked for Rite Aid our store has never had a meeting. We definitely lack in communication. Which is very important
Moral is starting to take a hit with all the cuts at the lower levels like store level.
Their bad attitudes are a result of lousy pay and bad working conditions.
Not let managers and their threats lower our positive attitude.
We already do....but more comunacatiom would help...
