The pay doesn’t add up to the amount of work we have, and it doesn’t line up with the cost of living. Fast food working get paid more. It’s extremely stressful

When mgr is gone, all are happy, relaxed and work hard. Mgr there, tension, nothing "done right", "do as I say, not as I do".
