Everyone is, generally speaking, open to feedback and input from others. You can always pitch new plans and ideas.
Coming into the office was great; it really gave me a clear picture of the company atmosphere and dynamic.
Personally, I like being busy. The workload can ebb and flow, and I actually prefer the higher paced days to feeling like I'm spinning my wheels.
The leadership team, although busy, are all very friendly and open to collaboration. I can't think of many other companies where the CEO and higher management chat with employees even at the entry level.
