Mr. Miguel Penella has been the Chief Executive Officer of RLJ Entertainment, Inc. since January 18, 2013 and serves as its President. Mr. Penella serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Image Entertainment, Inc. He served as the President of RLJ Entertainment, Inc. until January 2013 and served as its Chief Operating Officer since October 2012 until January 18, 2013. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Acorn Media Group, Inc., since April 2007. In this position, he oversaw operations for all business units and is the driving force behind the worldwide expansion of both the Acorn and Acacia brands. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Penella served as President of Acorn Direct, it's successful direct-to-consumer division offering DVDs and other high quality products through catalogs and online marketing vehicles. He joined Acorn from Time-Life where he rose in the ranks from circulation director of the catalog department to director of catalogs for the music division and then to vice president of customer marketing in 2001. He served in catalog management for the National Direct Marketing Corporation and the National Wildlife Federation. Mr. Penella has been Director of Image Entertainment, Inc since October 03, 2012. He has been a Director of RLJ Entertainment, Inc. since October 2012. He has an MBA in international marketing and finance from Adelphi University.

Mr. Titus Bicknell has been Chief Digital Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations at RLJ Entertainment, Inc., since January 2016. Mr. Bicknell continues to lead RLJE's digital strategy and has added to his portfolio RLJE's IT platforms and investments, Human Resources, Legal and business intelligence, as well as working alongside the CEO and CFO on the strategic growth of the business. From January 2014 to January 2016, he served as Chief Digital Officer at RLJ Entertainment. Prior to RLJE, Mr. Bicknell served as Vice President of Digital Platforms & Chief Engineer at Discovery Communications, where he oversaw a portfolio-wide migration to cloud-based content, CMS and RESTful API delivery to fixed and mobile web and native apps. As Director, Business & Production Systems at Hendricks Investment Holdings, Mr. Bicknell developed documentary and publicity production workflows, live sports event in-stadium broadcasting and digital asset optimization for mobile app development. Mr. Bicknell previously served as the International Digital Content Solutions Lead with NBC Universal where he oversaw international asset management and B2B marketing systems for theatrical and television distribution.

Mr. Nazir Rostom, CFA, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer at RLJ Entertainment, Inc., since May 18, 2016. Mr. Rostom served as the Director of Finance and Assistant Treasurer at Global Telecom & Technology, Inc. (now known as GTT Communications, Inc) from September 2011 to January 2014. Mr. Robert L. Johnson, also known as Bob, is the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of RLJ Development, LLC. Mr. Johnson is the Founder and Chairman of RLJ Equity Partners LLC. He is the Founder and Owner of Axiom Bank and also served as its Principal. He founded District Cablevision Inc. in 1980 and serves as its President. He founded Urban Trust Bank in 1962 and is the Owner and also served as its Principal. He is the Founder of RLJ-McLarty-Landers Automotive Holdings, LLC and served as its Principal. He is the Owner of the Charlotte Sting of the WNBA. He is a Majority Owner at Hornets Basketball Holdings, LLC. He is also the Majority Owner at Urban Trust Bank Holdings, Inc., and RLJ-McLarty-Landers Automotive Holdings, LLC. He Co-Founded RLJ Lodging Trust in 2011 and also has been its Executive Chairman since 2011. He founded Black Entertainment Television LLC. Mr. Mark Nunis has been Chief Accounting Officer of RLJ Entertainment, Inc since 2016 and served its Principal Financial and Accounting Officer since November 9, 2015.

Mr. Mike Pears has been President of US Distribution at RLJ Entertainment, Inc. since January 2017. Mr. Pears serves as a Chief Operating Officer of the MusiKube, LLC. Since June 2014, he served as the Executive Vice President of Content Sales for RLJ Entertainment, where he oversaw all non-physical sales (digital, broadcast, VOD, etc.) activities for the company. Mr. Pears is a seasoned entertainment distribution executive, with over 20-years of film, TV and music sales and distribution experience. He has represented some of the largest and most recognizable brands in entertainment, helping them generate revenue from virtually every digital and physical distribution outlet in the industry. Prior to joining MusiKube in November 2002, Mr. Pears served as Vice President of Business Services for the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) where he spearheaded several initiatives relating to rights and asset management. In particular Mr. Pears oversaw the development of SoundExchange, the first Collecting Society for sound recording performance rights in the U.S. While serving as Interim Executive Director Mr. Pears was directly responsible for all elements of brand development, PR and marketing; infrastructure design and implementation; business process definition; establishment of distribution methodologies and board/governance structure; staffing, organizational structure and operational management; and budgeting and member ROI projections. SoundExchange now collects and distributes performance rights revenue for over 85% of the US sound recording market, equating to over $10 million annually, mostly from Webcasting and cable/satellite subscription services. Prior to his work at the RIAA, he helped several corporate accounts as a Senior Strategy and Management Consultant for Ernst & Young LLP, Management Consulting. Working both domestically and abroad, Pears developed business plans and financial analyses for many of the worlds' leading entertainment and high-tech companies, including EMI International, PolyGram Holding, Inc., CableTel Limited (UK), Digital Equipment and ICO Global Communications. After a period as an entrepreneur running his own start-up, Mr. Pears moved back into entertainment distribution in 2007, driving the launch of Vivendi Entertainment's digital distribution business and eventually moving to Cinedigm, where he served as the Vice President of Digital Sales. Mr. Pears holds a BSc. Joint Honors Degree in Engineering and Management from King's College London.

Mr. Stuart Shaw has been Managing Director of International at RLJ Entertainment, Inc., since September 1, 2014. Mr. Shaw served as the Director of International Sales & Marketing for Miramax's London office. He managed their international home entertainment business and the distribution of their content to linear channels and digital platforms. Prior to that, he spent five years at Paramount Pictures as a Commercial Director and Retail Marketing Manager. He has also worked at Universal Pictures, BBC Worldwide and Procter & Gamble. Mr. Shaw Graduated from the University of Reading (U.K.).

Ms. Traci Otey Blunt has been Executive Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Affairs at RLJ Entertainment, Inc. since November 10, 2014. Ms. Blunt has been the President of Urban Movie Channel at RLJ Entertainment, Inc. since February 15, 2017. She served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications & Public Affairs at The RLJ Companie since July 2009. She served as Vice President of Communications & Public Affairs at The RLJ Companies since September 2008. In her new role, she led a team responsible for media strategy and communications, government relations and issues management and planning. Ms. Blunt served as a Deputy Communications Director for Senator Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. She has more than 15-years experience working on political campaigns and leading public relations efforts for major corporate and non-profit organizations. She has counseled local, state and federal political candidates and elected officials in Tennessee and the District of Columbia. Prior to joining the Clinton campaign, she served as a Vice President and Deputy Director for The Multicultural Practice at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide in DC. Ms. Blunt is a graduate of Tennessee State University.

Ms. Anglea Northington serves as Senior Vice President of Content Acquisitions - Urban Movie Channel and General Manager of Urban Movie Channel of RLJ Entertainment, Inc. Ms. Northington serves as Vice President of Acquisitions & Development of Urban Entertainment. Ms. Northington previously held developmental positions at companies such as Cineville, Sony Pictures and Disney. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Cinema-Television.

Mr. Mark Ward has been the Chief Acquisitions Officer of Feature Film Division at RLJ Entertainment, Inc. since March 2015. Mr. Ward is responsible for acquiring all content for the feature film division, which includes such hits as BONE TOMAHAWK and THE COBBLER with Adam Sandler. He served as Vice President of Acquisitions of Image Entertainment, Inc. since May 2010. He was instrumental in streamlining the overall acquisition strategy, including the Day and Date theatrical model. He had a 10-year career at Anchor Bay Entertainment, a division of Starz, overseeing Acquisitions and Product Development. Mr. Ward holds a dual degree in Management and Marketing from Ohio University.
