Mr. Robert Michelson, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of RMG Networks Holding Corporation since December 11, 2014 and served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President since July 2014 until December 2014. Mr. Michelson serves as an Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of RMG Networks, Inc. He joined RMG Networks with over 35 years of relevant industry experience with the last 24 years in senior leadership positions. He has over 24 years of senior leadership experience in technology-driven business-to-business companies. Most recently, he held senior management roles with leading technology and technology services companies including Share Rocket, Goliath Solutions and IXL. He was an Operating Partner at Sterling Partners from January 2009 to December 2012. He joined Sterling Partners in 2009. Prior to Sterling Partners, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of GOLIATH Solutions, LLC. He began his career as a Systems Engineer and Marketing Representative at IBM in 1978. Mr. Michelson has a demonstrable history of converting these earlier stage companies into solid operating entities that result in the creation of substantial management teams, sustainable and profitable business models and competitive barriers to entry and industry transforming solutions. He operated a division of a leading information technology strategy and services company. Prior to that, he served as the President of one of the nation's leading WEB properties, since its inception in 1996. He served as the President of a vertically oriented information technology services firm. His previous experience also includes tenures at FastWEB and iXL. He served as the Chairman of FunBrain. He serves as a Director of After School Matters, Inc. He has been director at RMG Networks Holding Corporation since July 2014. He serves on the boards of several education-focused non-profit companies. Mr. Michelson received a B.S. degree in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University.

Mr. Robinson served as the Chief Legal Officer of HYLA Mobile, Inc. (formerly eRecyclingCorps, LLC). Mr. Robinson was responsible for management and delivery of legal services for eRC's global operations. Mr. Robinson served as a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Banctec Limited from 2008 to 2012. He was responsible for management and delivery of all legal services to BancTec and its subsidiaries and for the management of the human resources function. He served as General Counsel and Secretary at BancTec Inc. since June 2008 and also served as its Senior Vice President. He served as an Advisor of Renew Data Corp. He served as Vice President of BancTec Inc. since June 2008. He served as a Senior Vice President and Senior Corporate Group Counsel in the legal department of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. At ACS, his responsibilities included managing the global corporate legal function, including U.S. and international corporate governance, intellectual property, privacy, real estate, tax, trade regulation and international legal matters. He served as General Counsel, Secretary and Vice President of Business Development for Renew Data Corporation. Mr. Robinson served as Vice President and General Counsel - Americas at Vignette Corporation and as an associate at Pillsbury Madison & Sutro LLP. While at Vignette, he managed all legal affairs of Vignette from startup through its IPO and growth to a peak market capitalization of more than $15 billion. He has extensive experience in providing superior legal counsel for a variety of companies in both the public and private sectors. His areas of expertise include commercial and technology transactions, international matters, intellectual property, corporate governance, employment and discovery. He served as a Director of Renew Data Corp. He is a frequent guest speaker for legal groups. Mr. Robinson spent six years on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a commissioned officer. While at Deerfield, he oversaw the management of Deerfield Capital Corp. He served as a Vice President and Trading Manager of Harris Trust and Savings Bank's global fixed income trading division, the bank's proprietary trading group, from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Sachs served as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Lotsoff Capital Management since 1989. He has been the Executive Chairman at RMG Networks Holding Corporation since April 2013. He served as an Executive Chairman of SCG Financial Acquisition Corp. since April 8, 2013. He served as the Chairman of the Board at Deerfield & Company LLC since July 2004. He was Director of Deerfield Capital Corp. from 2005 to 2007. He served as Director of Triarc Companies Inc., from August 10, 2004 to 2007. Mr. Sachs' success in steering Deerfield from a small fixed income hedge fund manager into one of the industry's most respected alternative fixed income capital managers is a reflection of his energy, persistence and foresight during a period of great change. Mr. Sachs sold his interest in Deerfield. Mr. Sachs created a fund administration company in the Bahamas. Mr. Sachs also has significant experience investing in a wide range of asset classes for his personal portfolio. These asset classes have included Life Sciences, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Equity Trading Strategies, Managed Futures and Options, as well as a variety of other Alternative Asset Classes. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Chicago's Shedd Aquarium, is Vice Chairman of the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation and is a board member of the Ann & Robert H.
