The first 30 days at Quicken are spent in a classroom studying to pass the licensing exam. You'll make 10 dollars per hour but they offer over time. The next 2 months are spent cold calling leads and connecting the interesting ones to bankers. You can make 4-5k per month during these 2 months. Once you're a banker there are 4 tiers of pay at QL. Power Banker, Senior Power Banker, Executive Banker, Presidents Club Banker. Quicken will give you stats on the top 20% of bankers in each category. They are 130k, 180k, 210k, 240k respectively. As a power banker with normal skill you should make 80-90k. Anything below that and you'll be fired or hate your life. If you are super talented and work all the time you'll be maxed out around 600k per year. Mortgage Banking is a career and QL can provide a great foundation. They pay for your licensing and you can leave after 2 years to go work for a more normal bank and have a great 6 figure career. Just look long term with it.
