Mr. Robert L. Chioini, also known as Rob, founded Rockwell Medical, Inc. (also known as, Rockwell Medical Technologies Inc) and has been its Chief Executive Officer since February 1997. Mr. Chioini has been the Chairman of Rockwell Medical, Inc. since March 2000 and its Director since its formation in October 1996. Mr. Chioini served as President at Rockwell Medical, Inc from February 1997 to January 27, 2016. From January 1996 to February 1997, Mr. Chioini served as Director of Operations of Rockwell Medical Supplies, L.L.C.. From January 1995 to January 1996, he served as President of Rockwell Medical, Inc., a predecessor of Rockwell Medical Technologies Inc, which he founded in January 1995. From 1993 to 1995, he served as a Regional Sales Manager at Dial Medical of Florida, Inc., currently Gambro Healthcare, Inc. (Gambro Healthcare, Inc. is currently the second largest integrated dialysis provider, manufacturer and distributor of renal care products in the United States).

Dr. Ajay Gupta, M.D. has been the Chief Scientific Officer of Rockwell Medical, Inc. (also known as, Rockwell Medical Technologies, Inc) since June 2009 and has also been its Member of Scientific Advisory Board since November 17, 2005. Dr. Gupta spent the prior seven years as an Associate Professor of Medicine at UCLA and Charles Drew University Schools of Medicine, Los Angeles, CA, where he had an active nephrology practice. Prior to that, he served on the faculties of Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI, University of Alabama, Birmingham, State University of New York, Syracuse and Washington University, St. Louis. Dr. Gupta is the Founder and Chairman of the Indian Society for Bone and Mineral Research. He is the inventor of dialysate iron therapy using Soluble Ferric Pyrophosphate (SFP) and is also the inventor of intravenous iron therapy using slow continuous infusion of SFP, including as an adjunct to parenteral nutritional admixtures. He has filed a number of patents in the areas of drugs, medical devices and diagnostic tests. Dr. Gupta also completed a clinical fellowship in Nephrology from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan and a research fellowship in Nephrology from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri. He earned MBBS degree and completed his residency in Internal Medicine from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.

Mr. Thomas E. Klema, CPA, MBA has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Secretary at Rockwell Medical, Inc. (also known as, Rockwell Medical Technologies Inc., and Rockwell Medical Supply, L.L.C) since January 1999 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Klema served as Vice President of Rockwell Medical Technologies Inc. He was employed as Vice President of Finance & Administration at a specialty products division of Whistler Corporation from 1997 to 1998 and from 1980 to 1996, held several management positions in the areas of finance, accounting, human resources, business planning, customer service and operations, including from 1993 to 1996 as a Vice President at Diversey Corporation, a subsidiary of the Molson Cos., until it was acquired by Unilever. Prior to 1980, he was employed as a certified public accountant. Mr. Klema holds both an MBA in finance in 1977 and a BA degree in accounting from Michigan State University in 1976.

Dr. Raymond Dennis Pratt, M.D., FACP, has been the Chief Medical Officer of Rockwell Medical, Inc. (also known as, Rockwell Medical Technologies Inc) since April 2012. Prior to Rockwell, Dr. Pratt worked at Shire Pharmaceutical Development from 2003 to 2010, as Vice President R&D and the Scientific leader in the Emerging Business Unit and Renal Business Unit. Previous roles at Shire included Vice President Global Clinical Medicine and Global Clinical Affairs and head of U.S. Clinical Development. He was instrumental in the FDA approval of Fosrenol ESRD indication and CKD non-dialysis indication in the EU and U.S. He was responsible for 3 NDAs as well as multiple EU marketing applications and sNDA's. He has managed 10 different drugs through all stages of global development for Renal and CNS Indications. He was the principal in numerous meetings with multiple divisions at the FDA and was presenter at two FDA advisory committee meetings. Prior to working at Shire, Dr. Pratt served as Senior Director of Clinical Research and Development at Eisai Medical Research from 1994 to 2003 where he served as Head of CNS and Internal Medicine Clinical Development. He served six years in the U.S. Army Medical Corps including a period as Director of Dialysis Services at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He was Assistant Professor at Cornell Medical College and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. At Johns Hopkins he was the recipient of a NIH Physician Scientist Award as well as a Shannon Award for new investigators. Dr. Pratt received his M.D. from the University of Illinois College of Medicine.

Michael DeYoung serves as the Vice President Operations of Rockwell Medical Inc.. Michael started at Rockwell Medical Inc. in October of 2018. Michael currently resides in Greater Salt Lake City Area.

Anne Boardman serves as the VP, Strategic Accounts of Rockwell Medical Inc.. Anne started at Rockwell Medical Inc. in October of 2018. Anne currently resides in Orlando, Florida Area.
